"Last minute stop on the way home to New Jersey from Florida. We chose to stop in to new Bern as some of our ancestors had lived there and glad we chose your hotel. It was clean , people were helpful beds were comfortable if we ever come back into town surely we will stay with your hotel. Thank you."

"Sand and grit in floor upon arrival. Shower floor so slick you almost fell every time you moved taking a shower. Water would not stay in shower. Also the $ 20 /day fee charged to park that they add when you arrive and have already paid for your stay when making the reservation. Have stayed here many times over the years but will be looking elsewhere in the future. "

"Staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful at all hours! This hotel is very nice and smells amazing as soon as you walk in! Room was very clean. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. My bones literally hurt because the beds were way too firm. If they had comfy beds I would 100% return. But can’t say I will now."
