Everything is faulty. It’s very dirty all the rooms and it smell so much cigaret on the inside. Heater in the room not working been freezing the whole night.

Did not accept card payment which was not informed earlier, also no payment receipt was given for the cash payment. Room was not ready and most of the time no one was available at the reception.

The property has seen better days surely, but the experience was unique. Excellent hosts who are also organisers of the different tours around. A big thank you to them. The room was reasonably clean, with heater and hot water with pressure. Breakfast (included in the price) was fabulous. Tea, coffee and hot water (to drink) available all day. Instead of staying there for 1 night, we ended up staying 3 nights. Don't regret it one bit. Highly recommended!

Lamentablemente nos dejamos llevar por la fotos q publicaba este Alojamiento q parecían ser buenas, sin embargo era todo lo contrario, la atención fue de un tipo de mala gracia y aburrido le pedimos varias veces q solucione los problemas y nunca se presentó, la habitación con las sábanas sucias, la calefacción no funcionaba, los servicios higiénicos comunes completamente sucios, el inodoro y lavatorio en mal estado… bueno no pudimos soportar este situación y nos retiramos después de 3 horas que no daban solución a los inconvenientes y tampoco quisieron reembolsarnos el dinero….. Struttura assolutamente non curata: lavandino che perde, armadio se za appendini quindi inutilizzabile nonche ante scardinate, prese di cirrente staccate dalla parete, letto traballante, internet mai funzionante in camera per tre giorni e in reception funzionante a singhiozzo, impossibile usare carta di credito ma accettati solo contanti, rapporto qualita prezzo pessimo. Non mi capacito della valutazione riportata dal sito.

La réservation s'est faite par Hôtel com mais à l'arrivée nous avons dû payer en espèces (500 euros), ce qui n'était pas du tout prévu. Par ailleurs, aucun ventilateur dans les chambres qui étaient étouffantes en ce mois d'août... Seule la piscine est un réel plus.

A total scam and a total misrepresentation. Online pictures don’t represent the actual property. Looked like no painting and maintenance done for ages. Bathroom sink, a heavy wooden structure, was loose and could fall and break legs - very dangerous. Commode was stained, shower was leaking, lot of stained and moldy spots, walls and ceiling with seepage. Flies roaming in the room - couldn’t kill all of them. No toiletries provided. No air conditioning and no window mosquito nets. Wooden cloth hanging on the walls were secured with loose nails - one fell on hanging a shirt on it - luckily just escaped to get hurt. All these things were shown to the management who had nothing but excuses. Originally booked for 2 nights stay, but cancelled after one night - had to wait for hours and struggled to get refund for one night - ruined my tour. Totally unsuitable for family stay. Its a mystery as to how it could get such a high ranking!

첫 카파도키아에서 처음으로 도미토리 방을 사용했습니다. 걱정과 다르게 kosepension은 너무 좋은 곳이였고 yusuf, Dorothee, Justine은 정말 밝고 친절한 친구처럼 나를 대해줬으며 맛있는 아침식사를 만들어 주었습니다. 혼자 여행을 하신다면 풀장도 있고 맛있는 아침과 좋은 사람들이 있는 곳을 추천합니다!

Tired building an decor could be improved
We arrived and found our rooms disapointing however we did get offered alternative rooms which were better,this accommodation is basic so don't expect a high standard for the price, it suits more younger people who just need a bed, lots of backpackers. Run by lads so service is lacking experience and they don't anticipate possible needs of customers but they were friendly enough and helpful.

This is a hostel, which also has private rooms. My private room was expensive compared to other places in tourist areas in Turkey that had far more amenities.. My room had no place to place baggage, the balcony was filthy and overlooked someone’s backyard with children playing. The room was not particularly clean, and the bathroom sink was very dirty with sludgy hair in the drain and dirty rings in the sink. Breakfast was served very late at almost nine in the morning which meant that no one could get out to the various sites before the tour buses came around. This was a very disappointing stay.

We are very sorry to hear about your misleading feedback.the prices of the rooms are considered decent given the fact it is a hostel in Cappadocia and during peak season the prices may increase all over the region. but ours is still the budget price. As for your room we can vouch for the hıgh standard of cleaning that takes place daily, as it is a very dusty area due to being located amongst fairy chimmneys and valleys. We were generous enough to give you a full refund on the day of your arrival because of your unrealistic expectations but you decided to stay anyway. breakfast is served between 8.30am untill 10.30am which gives you plenty of time to eat before tours take place. the location of the hostel is amongst redidence , so yes you will be able to see others in their backyard along side the valley views up far ahead.İ hope i have answered all your concerns and hope to have you stay with an open mind next time.

Clean room, reasonable price & helpful staffs.
3 of us stayed in the room with private toilet. Clean room. Reasonable price. Very very kind, generous, friendly and helpful staffs. There are towels, toilet paper hand wash soap in the room but you may need to prepare your own shower kit.

주인은 잘생기고 영어능통 다소친절 여러정보제공, 호텔닷컴에서 제시한 가격보다 비싸게 현지결재 카드결재불가(50유로), 비누한장없고, 슬리퍼도없고, 물한병없고, 냉난방이 없어추었슴. 포트에 물을데워 물주머니를 사용하려해도 포트가 없어 방밖에 공용으로 딱1개 밖에 없는 것을 사용하려하니 불편했슴. 28유로 수준의 조식제공 버터뚜껑을 벗기려니 찢어져 먹을수 없었슴(비닐은 장시간 자외선에 노출되지 않으면 힘없이 찢어지지 않음) 조식시간도 총각혼자 그 많은 사람분량을 준비하느라 지켜지지 않았슴

Humble, cosy stay
I liked the cosy and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel a lot. Köse Pension provides a humble accommodation opportunity, where you can feel at home and mingle with the other people around. The staff was natural and friendly. We stayed in a private room. The room size and bathroom were alright. The only downside was that we got a bit of a nose irritation - probably because of the dust. I'm not sure if it has to do with the hotel hygiene though, the roads are in general very dusty in Cappadocia. Also, make sure to bring your shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer if you can. Overall, I find that the hotel offers a good quality-price tradeoff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave the best advive on what to see on the area. You could always take tea and coffee in the lobby. The property has a really beautiful terrace and garden.

We had a great experience staying at this pension. The breakfast is really good, hot shower, good bedrooms, excellent location and super friendly and kind staff. They were always up to help us with everything what we needed. Thank you for everything. Ps: There’s coffee and tea available for free all day long.

Weird experience…
Was there with a friend and my sister. People may excuse the place due to the low price per room but a bit of effort in cleanliness and giving shampoo would enhance the experience. Didn’t know it was a hostel so the environment was catered forwards this kind of clientele. I found the front desk staff rather unfriendly and hispid towards us after we checked in. Found it rather odd but since I was sharing my bed with my friend (not a couple) they may have perceived it with a bit of homophobia!? I’ll never know. Breakfast staff was great and it was actually adequate. Seems like If you’re gay that place is not for you. Funny thing is that I’m not… lol… in any case can’t recommend the place.

We liked the pool and the relaxed vibe of the place. It's also very easy to connect with other travelers. Rooms are ok, mattrasses maybe a bit old. The (male) staff of the place seemed distanced and even unfriendly at times. Not a single 'good morning' or smile or friendly chat. Also there is no noise limit at night, which meant that music and laughter of one small group of people sitting outside till 2 am made me unable to sleep.
