「The staff were amazing. The hotel itself was poorly maintained. Not so clean , dangerous bath very slippery. Didn’t have blow dryer, not body lotion. Basic stuff. One of the small pool was very dirty.」

「Location, cleanliness, facilities, check-in process - everything was very good.」

「The Ruby was a perfect place for our team and tour. Was a great location for restaurants! Felt like our team was staying in a big house together. Beautifully updated and decorated. Thank you, Ruby! We’d do it again.」

「The hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was incredible and it’s one of the few boutique hotels with a roof top pool! Very luxurious hotel in the centre of Neve Tzedek.」

「Great, fun neighborhood.」

「What a beautiful hidden gem! I used to live in this neighborhood, never knew it was there. The moment you step in - you are impressed with the design, smell, many details...it is obvious that they spend much thought on everything. The bed and shower and towels were excellent! very pampering. Although it's really small and no staff is there, you can chat with them and they answer super quickly and efficiently. KOL HAKAVOD! 」

「No problem」

「Great hotel with Excellent location」

「Great small boutique hotel centrally located. Walking in old center of TLV. Plenty of restaurants to eat around, walking distance to Metro line connecting to Airport train so no need of a car. Beach and Jaffa 20 min walk. My only reservation is the quality of the water. My third stay in this hotel and nothing changed, water smells and I was told it’s old pipes were never changed when renovation were done. Buy plenty of mineral water to wash your teeth’s and drink as you get a bottle of 1 litter...
