○ スタッフが気さく。古いけど室内も清潔。 × 周辺にスーパーなどがない。に冷蔵庫がない。

Nous vous remercions pour votre message ainsi que votre séjour à Neuchâtel. Nous nous efforçons de rénover chaque année une partie de notre établissement et avons justement installé dans nombreuses chambres des climatiseurs.L'hôtel est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la zone piétonne avec ses magasins, supermarchés et restaurants.Pour des raison écologique nous avons supprimé les minibars des chambres, mais nous proposons à nos clients, si besoin, un réfrigérateur commun.Meilleures salutations Hotel Touring au Lac - Team

予約が入ってなかった。

Hotels.com経由予約して行ったが、予約が入ってないと言われた。Hotels.comとホテル側のどちらのミスかはわからないが、システムとしてこういうことが生じないようにして欲しい。幸い部屋は空いており事なきを得た。ホテル自体は、内装に古さを感じるものの、手入れは行き届いており大きな不満はなかった。ヌシャテル湖の畔にあり、旧市街にも近くロケーションは抜群に良い。但し、その分駅からは多少歩くことになるが・・・。

WLAN and breakfast were subject to fees, They were free in a hotel i stayed yesterday near this hotel. So the hotel should be free them because the hotel fee are very expensive.

到着日が日曜の夕方で，ホテルにレストランがあるとのことだったので，食事できることを期待して，このホテルに決めましたが，レストランの改装中で．利用できず，駅に戻って食事することになりました．また，工事の音が，朝から響いていたので，今回はこの評価です．

Buona posizione

Hotel situato in una zona molto comoda sia per il lungo lago che il centro città. Un po' datato con con biancheria un po' lisa. Personale gentile Non abbiamo consumato la colazione.

Lakeside hotel in excellent position

Very friendly hotel next to the lake. Excellent location for the use of public transport, free with the canton Tourist Ticket. This gives free travel in the entire canton. This will save you a fortune.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Die Zimmer waren nach außen (belebte Umgebung) hin gut isoliert. Die Lage am Hafen mit ÖV Haltestellen in der Nähe war top. Das Bad war sauber und schön, nur die Badewanne etwas unpraktisch. Frühstück war ok, aber vom Preis her habe ich mehr erwartet. Viel war abgepackt (zu viel Plastikverpackung). Keine Brötchen, nur Brot. Keine warmen Speisen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Zum Frühstück: Seit der Pandemie legen wir sehr viel Wert zur Hygienesicherheit, somit wurden teilweise Einzelverpackungen behalten.Eventuell haben Sie unser warme Wiennerli und/oder Weißwürste übersehen sowie die Surimi und/oder Forellen-lach. Wir werden uns jedoch überlegen das Angebot sichtbare zu gestalten. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und freuen uns Sie erneut im Hotel Touring au Lac in wunderschönen Neuchâtel - Drei-Seen-Gebiet zu empfangen.
