Cosy hotel
This was our 2nd time to stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was nice. Wifi worked well.

改修がちょっと中途半端？
ホテル自体は、高級感がありました。 しかし、改修中というのは知っていましたが ここまで、中途半端で泊まらせるとはって感じでした。 部屋番号も、紙に印字してドアに貼ってあったり まぁいたるところ中途半端でした。 写真には撮りましたが、載せるのも忍びないので載せません。 面白いので中途半端な状態をたくさん撮りました。 でも、完成したらきっと最高のホテルだと思います。（たぶん） ヌーシャテルのワイン祭りはとても楽しく 改修が終わったら、再度ワイン祭りに参加するために このホテルに泊まりたいです。

Excellent hotel
We stayed there during the harbest festival in September. The hotel locates near the area where the festival took place. The room was spacious, clean, and thus comfortable, even though the hotel was under renovation when we stayed there. Wifi was also good.

綺麗な部屋
湖畔のホテル。部屋はとても綺麗。今回のスイス旅行で部屋に電気ポット（コーヒー・紅茶付）があったのはこのホテルだけだった。バスタブがなかったのが残念。

静かなる絶景！
湖に面していて，景色が最高！また，アメニティも充実していて快適でした．メジャーな観光地ではないので，地球の歩き方にはまだ紹介されていませんでしたが，Neuchatel駅からホテルの近くまでケーブルカーがあり，重い荷物を抱えていても大丈夫です．また，ホテルから湖沿いが散歩コースで，湖水浴する人も多かったです．水の透明度も高く，美しく，かつ静かな場所で最高の思い出です．

Winter-Trip
Wir waren in Neuchâtel um einige Tage auszuspannen und die Umgebung wie z.B. Creux du Van und die Areuse Schlucht zu erkunden. Obwohl es teilweise bissig kalt war, hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Hotel direkt am Wasser war super. Sehr grosses Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Restaurant mit toller Sushi-Bar am Abend. Und Fitnessraum für Menschen, die den ganzen Tag im Büro sitzen. Auf dem Dach die Wave Bar - einfach toll das Angebot und die Aussicht, auch wenn man nur beschränkt draussen sitzen konnte (Kälte).

위치, 친절도, 방 구조, 바, 주차 모두 완벽. 1박이었지만 너무 만족. 딱 세가지 아쉬운것 1. 조식에 샐러드나 야채가 없고 2. 헬스장 웨이트기구관리가 안된건지 스트링이 헐렁해서 결국 맨몸운동 함 3. 화장실 욕조와 변기 사이의 실리콘 교체가 필요해보임. 잘 묵었습니다 또 올게요

Our corner suite had an incredible view on the Lake of Neuchâtel with the Alps in the background, especially the 3 majestic "Bernoises", Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau ! The also have a fantastic rooftop bar (inside and outside with lake view) called "Waves". The hotel is conveniently located, close to the Place Pury and downtown Neuchâtel

Wouldn't stay again for business
Poor internet in rooms! Lost a parcel that was agreed to be shipped to them for me as a guest Hotel staff friendly but not very useful. Used it for business, but couldn't work with the rubbish room wifi. No solution offered, or follow up on my multiple complaints during the week i stayed. Wouldn't stay there again.

Alles war tip top, ausgenommen beim Bezahlen an der Reception gab es kleines Problem: Da hatte das Hotel betreffend Frühstück eine andere Information und wollte zuerst die beiden Frühstücke nochmals einkassieren. Wir konnten die Bestätigung mit eingeschlossenen Frühstücken auf dem Handy ausweisen. So ist die Sache für uns erledigt.

IDEALEMENT SITUE POUR LA DECOUVERTE DE NEUCHATEL
Bel établissement, très bien situé pour découvrir Neuchâtel, au bord du lace. Chambre spacieuse donnant sur l lac, moquette propre au sol, produits de toilette en vrac, douche à l'italienne très agréable, sèche cheveux efficace ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec des cheveux longs, peignoirs, chaussons, machine à café et eau de bienvenue; Tout y est pour un séjour parfait. Il faut impérativement réserver le parking avec la chambre car il est sous l'hôtel avec accès direct mais très petit. Si non d'autres parking publics autour mais avec parcmètre.

Top Lage
Wer etwas mehr ausgeben möchte, findet hier eine gute Unterkunft in Top-Lage. Roof-Top ist ein Muss für den Apéritif. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Leider waren keine Zimmer mit Seeblick mehr frei, vielleicht das nächste Mal. Das Personal gibt sich Mühe, wirkt aber zum Teil etwas schlecht informiert. In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich natürlich etwas anderes.

Voici un bien bel hôtel au bord du Lac de neufhatel ... cependant, nous sommes en Suisse j'ai envie de dire ... donc La Suisse = franc suisse et tout est cher. Un steack = plus de 50 €uros et cela c'est vraiment cher ... mieux vaut donc le savoir.
