Great location and good service.

Great location and good service. The hotel has a original design - most features resemble a cruise. The pool on the roof is good but would benefit from umbrellas and plants (e.g. palm trees or smaller tropical plants). Beach towels are not provided for some reason. The food is very good.

My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back!

Good but not the best

The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. The food was mid, as the staff and cleanliness. The all inclusive was good because you have food available all of the time, but the quality was low. We were staying for 7 days, and believe me when I say that eating the same breakfast every morning is not healthy nor good. The rooms were ok, my daughter was sleeping on a couch bed which wasn’t very satisfying. I paid for a room of 3 and thought that she will have her own bed but she was sleeping on a couch that could open. I have to mention that the pool cleanliness was awful and I mean it when I say that it wasn’t cleaned for days at least during our 7 day stay. There were coffees that were free because we were paying for all inclusive but not having a cold frappe or any cold coffee during the summer for free when I am paying is hideous.

Positive: Spacious rooms, friendly personal, cleanliness. Situated within walking distance to everything. Spacious parking-place situated near the hotel by Nessebar municipality. Will return back in the future.

Poor, awaiting refund

Very disappointed - at €162 per night this run down hotel is not value for money. No non-all inclusive options currently available. We have an ongoing complaint going against the hotel which they were not proactive to resolve to our satisfaction despite us chasing them daily. May be a good option for families and people who like all-inclusive. For travelers looking for a romantic getaway and a high quality hotel - this is not for you. The hotel is not adult-oriented, as they claim. Only the price is premium - not the facilities or service. Apart from catering, & pool every service/amenity is paid for including sauna and safe.

Great stay

Stayed here for 5 nights from 22nd till 28th May. It was an Ai deal. We had a sea view room, the hotel was spotless, the food was also very good with plenty of choice, I could throughly recommend this hotel, as it is also 10 mins walk from the old town.

Perfect Position for Nessebar

Nice hotel with modern appearance, walking distance to Nessebar. Stayed on All-inclusive package but food was a bit hit an Miss. There are so many good restaurants in Nessebar it would be a waste to not sample the choices on offer. Pool on rooftop was a nice touch with great views, can get a bit busy though. Skybar has great views especially of Nessebar old town but isn't included in all-inclusive package. Had bad experience with very rude male receptionist when asking about airport transfers. Overall the staff where very approachable an friendly. Overall nice hotel but don't get tied to all-inclusive because Bulgaria is so cheap to eat out an the food is lovely.

спокойно, чисто, тихо, очень приветливый персонал, отсутствие языкового барьера, довольно вкусные еда и вино, рядом уютный парк и старый город недалеко, чистое теплое море и красивые виды, приятный шопинг. есть где прогуляться. большой выбор экскурсий. Не понравилось: пляж маленький, детям и пожилым опасно пробираться через камни к песку и воде, обратно к отелю крутой подъем, бассейн очень маленький, никакой анимации. ковровое покрытие в холлах требует замены. очень слабый wi-fi по всему отелю

Ideal location for Old Town and Nessebar beach

Stayed for the first week in June, weather a bit changeable (June one of wettest months apparently). Only 150 metres walk each way = Nessebar Old Town (Heritage site) to the left and a great Nessebar beach to the right. If you don't want to pay 30 levs (about £12.30)for the beach equipment you can walk past it and just use the beach. Food at the Sol Marina Palace on "all inclusive" was plentiful and we enjoyed it. Hotel wine and beer might not be to everyone's taste. We were on the 4th floor, on the front, looking out to sea and it was great, we saw Dolphins feeding right in front of the hotel on one afternoon. Another side of the hotel looks out over Nessebar old town, which would be equally good. However, rooms to the other side would look out on apartments. Trips to Bergas, Sozopol and St Vlas were good, However, Sunny beach was a bit rough in our view. The beach is great, but the resort caters for the younger, wilder sort, rather than us, an older couple. Overall, we had a great time, Hotel ideally placed, all inclusive worked well and weather was sufficiently good to get on the beach for 3/4 days out of 7.

Bon hotel pour sa categorie mais le personnel a la Reception est tres peu aimable et tres peu comprehensif pour les personnes ne parlant pas Bulgare. Je n ai pu obtenir aucune information valable sur les bus, taxis, sorties dans les villes proches. Ont encore des progres a faire pour accueillir des clients francais. Pas de boutique pour un depannage quelconque a l hotel par exemple. Nourriture (buffet) correcte mais ambiance musicale beaucoup trop forte dans le restaurant. Avons ete obliges de nous refugier au calme sur la terrasse. L emplacement de l hotel est bon par rapport a la vieille ville de Nesebar et a Sunny beach (accessibles a pieds) Excusez les fautes, j ecris depuis un clavier bulgare. Merci

Flott beliggenhet like ved gamle Nessebar

For å ta det positive først: Hotellet holdt en høy standard, var nytt og fint og hadde veldig bra renhold. Persjonalet var stort sett flinke og imøtekommende. Stranda som lå et steinkast unna, var langt bedre enn stranda i Sunny Beach, og gamle, flotte Nessebar var bare 100 meter unna. Dessverre var det enkelte ting som var litt ubehagelig/ irriterende. AC-anlegget laget voldsomt mye bråk, men klarte allikevel ikke å kjøle ned rommet. Gardinene dekket ikke hele vinduet, så lyset og varmen slapp inn tidlig på morgenen. Bassenget var lite og iskaldt og maten var dårlig. Man fikk kun en nøkkel til hvert rom, slik at det ikke gikk an å forlate rommet sitt etter barnas leggetid. I så fall måtte man ta strømmen, og slukke både lys og ac. Dette var fryktelig upraktisk og irriterende. Det aller verste var den svært ubehagelige ekstrasengen. Den var så vond at vi måtte bytte på å sove/ ligge søvnløs i den. Til en såpass høy pris og med så mange stjerner, så forventer man å kunne sove godt. Uka etter bodde vi på et annet hotell med like mange stjerner i samme prisklasse, og det var en voldsom forbedring av standard.
