It's deep in the mountain and you can enjoy the summer green of the Shirakami. You may need a car to get there but I chose to go by myself, took a taxi between the hotel and Futatsui station, which gave me a wonderful opportunity of talking with a driver who spoke true local dialect of Fujisato area. Hotel staff were all kind. At the souvenir shop, you'll find nice local items like handicrafts and unique food.
Rooms and facilities are all clean. Very comfortable!
