This home was just completely gut renovated in 2023 and no expense was spared. Long 100 yard private driveway leading to a circular portico. Open floor plan built on 2.3 acres by an award winning architect. Built With a steel frame and glazed terracotta roof. This expansive property boasts 6 Bedroom with 5 .5 bathrooms making this the perfect home for family and friends to all come together.

The property has multiple levels of outdoor space, a side yard leading to a 100 ft long salt water concrete pool and hot tub/ SPA. Spacious Pool house/guest house also located on property. This house is equip with a living area, wet bar and bathroom.

Whether your hiring the chef for the day or cooking up a storm with the family, this house was designed for cooking- both inside and out. I

Overlook Manor
The house was absolutely amazing. Everything was super clean and the house had so much room for activities. George was great about answering his phone with any questions I had and he was very helpful. My friends and I had an amazing time and it’s our favorite house that we’ve ever rented. I would definitely recommend this house.

We worked the Sea hear now concert. We had 12 people and were very comfortable, and had a great time. After a long day of work it was much better than a hotel for fun and unwinding.

Like a fantastic private resort!
Beautiful house and grounds. Amazing rooftop with a great view and relaxing vibe and the pool/spa was clean and amazing . We didn't even make it to the beach but the location was convenient to NYC and for shopping / food. Host was very responsive to the minor issues (restarting the Internet) and was a breeze to work with. We really enjoyed and our dog loved the grounds. Look forward to visiting again

Great place for a family gathering or vacation. Good for day trips to Point Pleasant and other nearby beaches. The pool area is great.

Great house, need a bit of work
The house was great but needs a few things to be repaired. The pool pavers are filled with gravel, so you have to wear shoes and most of it ends up in the pool. Pool chairs need repair and cushions No latch or lock on bathroom pool house bathroom Indoor ac works well on main floor and 2nd floor upstairs is HOT. No fan in kids room. Bathroom vent is loud and needs to be replaced. No pots or pans, so you need to pack your own That includes plates and food prep stuff (knives, bowls) The door to the front and pool area has no lock and can be accessed by anyone. Scary. The step leading up side stairs is deceptive. Needs to be taped or highlighted. Many of us tripped coming in. Love the kitchen space, fridge, wine fridge and closets. Pool table is cool but not enough space to play comfortably.

Amazing spot close to the shore
We had a fantastic stay at this truly incredible one of a kind house. Perfect accommodations for our group of 10 to stay comfortably, have fun in the pool, and get to the beach easily. Host was very accommodating and available for everything we needed along the way.

Fun House
Recently remodeled and prepped for fun. We were in town for sports tournament and was perfect layout for the girls and moms. Would be great for any big group. 10 min from beach but we just stayed at the house- pool table, fuzbol table, big connect four, great pool with spa and tons of space for everyone. Outdoor grill and great patio space. Host was super responsive and great to work with.

Great family Vacation Home
Large spacious house perfect for a family, several families or for large group gatherings. The location of the house allowed for a quiet retreat like setting for relaxation while close enough to the shore to enjoy the beach life as well. A large driveway provided a lot of off road parking was a plus. Additionally, the owner was flexible and easy to communicate with which made everything run smoothly during our stay. Overall this house created a perfect atmosphere for our family gathering. If looking for something spacious and relaxing, this is the rental for you!

Home away from away
Words can not express I how I did enjoy the house and the host. All new appliances. House perfectly cleaned. The space was perfectly fit my children and I look forward to keeping this listing for my future events.
