Beautiful apartment with fantastic views, close to everything!
The apartment was clean and very well appointed. The view from the wrap around balcony is great. Getting to the ski lifts is a breeze, the COOP and Migros is a 3 minute walk, the restuarants in town are about a 4-5 minute walk. The pool is large and quite useable, it's heated but not warm warm, it's cool when the surrounding area outside the apartment is ice and snow. The sauna is plenty hot! The stay was great, we appreciate the opportunity to stay there, it was a special Christmas with family!

Prachtig tussen de bergen
We verbleven een week in Haute-Nendaz en hebben genoten van de bergen. Het appartement voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Het is licht en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Voor de kinderen is er een pumptrack, speeltuin, voetbalkooi en enorm grasveld om op te spelen. Dit alles kun je zien vanaf het balkon. Het zwembad is eveneens super, vanaf het appartement stap je in de lift en stap je bij het zwembad uit. Het is groot. Vanaf het appartement is de supermarkt te voet te bereiken. De lift de bergen in is eveneens te voet bereikbaar. Haute-Nendaz is een levendig dorp. Wij hadden een top week.

Wonderful Chalet in a Great Location
We had the pleasure of staying here for a month. It was well appointed and had everything we could have ever needed. The views are breathtaking and it is an easy walk to all of the fabulous town shops and restaurants. Bill is kind and prompt in his responses. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nendaz.

Het is een heerlijk appartement, ligt goed ten opzichte van de skilift (vanwege het liftje wat het onderste deel en het bovenste deel van het dorp met elkaar verbind) winkels en restaurants. Alles is goed geregeld, het is een ruim appartement wat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Kortom zeker een aanrader!

Fantastic

Top Ferienwohnung
Tolle großzügige Wohnung mit viel Komfort in toller Lage. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Zimmer, Entertainment) ist sehr umfangreich und von hoher Qualität. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Ski, Skischuhe und Auto sowie die Nutzung des hauseigenen Pools runden die gute Ausstattung ab. Das Zentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants sowie der Skilift sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Wir hatten tolle Ferien und kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé au centre du village. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable. Seul bémol: il manque une ou deux chaises longues pour faire la sieste sur un super balcon.

Nous avons passée une semaine de vacances magnifique. Faut dire que l'immeuble est bien placé et l'appartement permet une vue extraordinaire sur les Alpes bernoise et le fond de la vallée du Rhône. Pour les enfants il y a de quoi faire , de belles balades, un parc avec quelques animations nous avons même eu la chance d'avoir pepiland juste au pied de l'immeuble. En cas de mauvais temps ou pour finir une journée bien remplie la piscine vous attend L'appartement est bien situé et contient toutes les commodités essentiel à votre séjour. Même si les animaux empaillés reste impressionnant, surtout pour de jeunes enfants, cela reste une déco typique montagnard Quelques améliorations peuvent être apporté surtout les tapis de peau pour les enfants pas idéal et le canapé qui n'est pas fixé et qui bouge bcp sur le sol. Les chambres sont propre et spacieuse et desservie par 3 salles de bains 1 énorme pièce avec cuisine salle à mangé et salon termine l'ensemble de cet appartement entouré entièrement d'un balcon ou il fait bon prendre un verre ou café avec cette vue splendide Je n'oublie pas ici de remercier le propriétaire et le concierge pour leur écoute et leur servitude. Je recommande cette adresse , pour ma part c'était la 2eme fois que nous y allions.

Wir haben die Wohnung jetzt bereits das 4. Mal gemietet. Es war alles wie immer gut. Neben der schönen Lage und der gehobenen Ausstattung ist ein weiterer USP, dass die Wohnung auch laufend gewartet wird. Geräte und Utensilien werden bedarfsgerecht ausgetauscht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Top gentiellesse du propriétaire dans les échanges. Concierge très sympathique. Bel appartement. PAS de soleil, très triste. Personnellement, les animaux je préfère les voir en vrai dans la nature que des t^tes accrochées aux murs.

Eric souligne très bien que les Hautes-Nendaz sont une station exposée au nord, ce qui signifie que nous ressentons une meilleure neige plus bas dans la montagne avec moins de fonte, mais si vous voulez passer du temps dans l'appartement pendant la journée en hiver et profiter du soleil, vous feriez mieux de louer un appartement de l'autre côté de la vallée qui fait face au sud.

We had a great time in the apartment. The view is to die for and the property is as described, very nice. Check in is easy and the on-site concierge is very helpful. The landlord was also very flexible in accommodating us when we had an emergency. Overall we had a top experience!

Appartement supe lumineux. Spacieux. Nous étions 2 adultes, 4 ados et 1 enfants. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. La baignoire-jacuzzi. (le sauna était hors service). Le départ des cabines à 10minutes. La tranquillité. Les supermarchés à 5 minutes. La vue. Tout était parfait.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser tollen, ruhigen Wohnung an guter Lage sehr genossen. Das gemeinsame Schwimmbad, der eigene Spint für die Skier und die Trocknungsanlage für die Ski-Schuhe im eigenen Kellerabteil runden das Angebot der Überbauung zusätzlich ab. Ein kurzer Spaziergang (3 Min.) bringt Sie direkt an den Personenlift zur Seilbahnstation hoch. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und gemütlich zu Fuss erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank, wir haben auch bei nicht immer perfektem Wetter eine fantastische Woche verbringen dürfen.

Schöne Wohnung an bester Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es hatte fast alles was es brauchte. Es sthet mitten im Zentrum,....5 min. zu Fuss, wenn man in div. Geschäfter will (Coop, Mirgros, etc.) und zu dem Lift den einem zu den Gondelbahnen hinauf bringt. Einziges kleines Mango war, dassI in einem der Schlafzimmer ein 140cm breites Bett für 2 Erwachsene zimleich klein war. Ansonsten sehr gut.

Bill his apartment is perfect to stay with six people. It is spacious, fully epuiped (kitchen, entertainment centre and three bathrooms) and really cosy with the fireplace. It is situated in a well maintained complex with pool and sauna. The views from the apartment are stunning. Short walking distance to the shops, restaurants and ski lift. The information that Bill provides you in his directory is a great help to find your way in the area. With also perfect wheather conditions, we couldn't wish for more. We will definitely return and highly recommend this apartment.

We loved the spacious apartment with its 3 bathrooms! The location is perfect, just above the common grounds with playground and no other buildings blocking the fabulous view. Also, easy walking distance to everything. Overall a great experience and we made wonderful memories! Since we were there in the off-season, it wasn’t crowded and a lot of stores were closed or had limited hours. Also, ride to Mont Fort is only open on weekends. So check before you go.

Das Apartement war wirklich wie auf den Bildern: viel Licht, wundervolle Aussicht, komfortable Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Meistens waren wir alleine im Schwimmbad (Juni)! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch, viele Wanderungen sind Möglich, Supermärkte und Restaurants im Dorf . Das einzige ist, dass man jeden Tag mit 2x20 Minuten Autofahrt rechnen muss bis Sion und zurück, wenn man andere Ziele ausserhalb des Dorfes auch erreichen will (Zermatt ca 1.5 Stunde).

Fantastic spacious apartment, a real home form home, close to ski lifts and to shops.
Bill's apartment is absolutely lovely. Spacious and well equiped and with panoramic mountain views. The block is a short walk from the funicular, which takes you up to the telecabine in a couple of minutes. It has convenient covered parking for two cars and more open parking adjacent. The flat is well furnished and equipped like a home. Bill trusts his guests to use many of his belongings in a way that makes it really feel like a home from home. He respond quickly and helpfully to any little queries. There is a quiet pool in the block, with a sauna adjacent, in which we all enjoyed stretching out after a hard days skiing. If you decide to take your own bedding, be sure to tell Bill in advance so the beds are not made up.

Super geräumige Wohnung, viel Patz für eine Familie mit 4 Kinder und Hund, allerdings ist die Deko etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und könnte manchem kleinerem Kind Angst machen. Schwimmbad und Sauna runden den guten Eindruck ab, macht einfach Spass nach dem Skilaufen nochmal in den Pool zu steigen (der könnte etwas wärmer sein)

We genoten voor de 2de keer van een heerlijk weekje skivakantie met de familie. Voldoende sneeuw,zonnig en droog weer ,ideaal om buiten te vertoeven en als kers op de taart een zwembad in het gebouw om eens lekker te relaxen. Dank Bill en hopelijk tot nog eens!

Had a wonderful time, this is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and would definitely like to return. The concierge was very helpful and even lent us his car to get to the vets as ours would not start. The views from the baloney were amazing, we was lucky enough to even experience snow in the village which was great for our children. The pool is lovely after a afternoon skiing, very clean and well managed. The apartment was clean and tidy and fitted out very well. Access to ski lifts is great just a short walk away, some very nice restaurants and bars in the village also. Would love to return and spend new year in the village.

Déjà , avant votre départ pour rejoindre cet appartement , vous recevez une documentation très explicite et détaillée vous situant l'immeuble et vous donnant toutes les instructions pour y accéder et y vivre confortablement . Il s'agit d'un appartement très bien conçu , lumineux , avec un espace suffisant pour permettre à trois couples de passer des vacances (d'été pour nous) sans se gêner , en toute convivialité . Une belle et grande terrasse l'entoure sur les trois côtés . Réceptionné très propre il n'y a vraiment rien à redire . Nous avons été séduits par la profusion d'objets mis à notre disposition pour faciliter notre vie . Toujours en visites nous n'en avons pas eu trop besoin mais avons été sensibles au souci du propriétaire de nous manifester une telle marque d'attention . SUPERBE , Bien situé , pour nous parfait ! Il ne nous reste plus qu'à attendre le remboursement de la caution .

Large convenient apartment with premium features
So we’ve stayed 3 years now which says something - fuller review if you scroll down Mar17. Since then new more compact TV/Audio set up with big TV with Streaming Cable and DVD. Jacuzzi had remote replaced with a better one. Someone had put snoods and goggles on the mounted heads, which we liked. The HomeAway site is the worst bit. Big charges, doesn’t cover lines or local taxes for a bunch of Swiss apartments even though it says it does (this one included so budget for). Nendaz has annoying bin (you need special bags) and recycling (no plastic recycling accessible by guests) policies now but not specific to this apartment. Sometimes the pool is just freezing inexplicably, but normally really good. The toboggan hill outside has become a regular feature half for micro skiing half for tobogganing with a mini lift and the piste bully does each morning. I think the best combo for this apartment is if you need the snow crèche, the toboggan slope, and the furnicilar then it’s location is just fantastic. So with the space inside and grandparents and little ones it was perfect for us. Anyway another very good trip
