"The rooms are clean but the property has deteriorated since we stayed less than two years ago. No kitchen service or breakfast available. First room we were assigned was missing the toilet seat! We were quickly moved to another room but this should have been fixed before the room was made available to rent. The staff were helpful. We won’t book this place next time unfortunately."

"I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. "Manager and all staff very welcoming and friendly, made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Outside yards very pretty and really thankful the manager for taking us up to the top of the rock for a magnificent voew."

Unfortunately I had to ask the people in room next to me to close their door, as they made a considerable noise. (The doors faced each other.)
