「Nice rooms , comfortable bed with an excellent view of Lake Michigan and Chicago skyline (at dusk with sun setting)...we stayed in the blue spa tower on 14th floor....parking was ample...Infusion cafe had reasonably priced casual menu food items (no other food/restaurant options were open at the location)」

Last time I stayed there the room was turned over everyday with fresh linen, but this time no turnover no cleaning and no fresh linens and we were there for four days! 「This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out.
