The Space:
As you enter, you'll find yourself in an open concept living area, with the living rooms flowing seamlessly into the dining area, and kitchen. The primary bedroom and ensuite full bath are right off the main living area. The laundry area is conveniently situated off the kitchen. And the other two bedrooms and full bathroom are located to the right down their own private hallway.
Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes threer private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortably furnished outdoor living space. You'll also have access to amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.
The Neighborhood:
This single family home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Nederland. It is located minutes from everything in Mid-County.
Getting Around:
For transportation, a personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the potential for limited ride-sharing options.
Other Things to Note:
This property welcomes business travelers for extended stays. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night's stay.
