Do you need a comfortable home-away-from-home for weeks or months? Forget your worries in this serene space with a dedicated Host. This locally owned and operated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests with plush, well-designed living spaces, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.

As you enter, you`ll find yourself in an open concept living area, with the living rooms flowing seamlessly into the dining area, and kitchen. The primary bedroom and ensuite full bath are right off the main living area. The laundry area is conveniently situated off the kitchen. And the other two bedrooms and full bathroom are located to the right down their own private hallway.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortably furnished outdoor living space. You`ll also have access to expected amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.

This single family home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Nederland. It is located minutes from everything in Mid-County.

For transportation, a personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the potential for limited ride-sharing options.

We welcome you for a short, mid, or long-term stay. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. For early check-in, please request before 10:00 AM, which is subject to availability and a $35 fee. Late check-out requests until 2:00 PM require prior notification before 5:00 PM the day before departure and incur a $35 fee if approved. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $75 fee, and departure after 2:00 PM will be charged a full night`s stay.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
