Tragedy

This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Schlüssel war 500 Meter weiter abzuholen. Mit Gepäck und zu Fuß suboptimal, wäre schön gewesen das vorher zu wissen. Zimmer ist okay, tut was es soll wenn man mal eine Nacht unterwegs auf Reisen ist. Gefühlt war alles beschädigt, Boden, Türe, Dusche, Ablage. Nicht schlimm, Preis Leistung ist befriedigend.
