「Leider war unser Zimmer 472 auf die Straße ausgerichtet, daher war es laut. Die Zimmer sind veraltet. Eine Renovierung würde nicht schaden. Das Essen ist gut, die Auswahl ist ausreichend. Der Pool sowie der Liegebereich ist eher klein und meist voll besetzt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war jedoch sehr gut. 」

「Der weg zum Strand und in die Stadt war zu Fuß mit Kind nicht machbar. Einfach zu hoch am Berg das war uns nicht bewusst. Sonst war alles super. Der Pool und das Zimmer waren super. Wenn man ein paar Minuten mit den Auto einplant zum Strand und Stadt zu kommen kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen 」

「Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

「Klima Anlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wasser hat nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten nicht duschen oder die Toilette spülen, geschweige denn Zähne putzen oder sonst was ! Wir mussten dafür extra Wasser Flaschen kaufen. Trotz mehrfachen Beschwerden, wurde sich um nichts gekümmert. Wir waren echt am Ende unserer Nerven. 」

「I’d give this hotel 2/5 for a couple. We were over charged on day one and getting the money back took us reporting fraud to our credit card as Expedia wouldn’t release the money. We also were placed in room 213 which is a nice room but we were surrounded by kids screaming until midnight on the balcony and up at 7 to do the same. The building has no sound proofing or insulation so you can hear everything from rooms on all sides. We ended up asking to be moved which seemed to be a common...

「Hotel with greatest staff ever, literally everyone working here are nice, friendly and conveniently doing job. I had trouble with the car, the hotel manager himself came and helped. It was not easy task but the problem was solved thanks to him! 」
