"I booked and paid for a delux room with three beds. Instead, the room we were allocated upon check in, had one kind bed, they then added a macro small bed making the room to lack space. The selling room description is not what we got. Very misleading."

"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them"
