バスタブは大きかったが、栓がなかったので排水口に「湿布」貼った（笑）。ホテルの隣が小型スーパーなので便利。

ナザレで一番良いホテルとのことですが、快適とまでは行かなかったです。
部屋は、モダンな感じですが、バスエリアにタオルかけとトイレットペーパーホルダーがないので、とても使い勝手が悪かったです。レセプションの女性は無愛想でした。最初に209号室に通されましたが、前の人がチェックアウトしたまま清掃してませんでした。人生初の経験でした。フロントに+elしたら、「ごめんなさい。別の部屋に変えますね」と208に変えてくれました。朝食は種類少ないけど、コーヒーは充実してました。

The toilet in our room wasn’t working when we checked in. It took some back and forth before finally getting changed to another room. A bit of hassle with only 24hrs planned for Nazaré. Our group was enjoying the bar late one evening. The night manager claimed to be receiving noise complaints. Instead of addressing us directly he stomped around and got angry. It became unpleasant. The bedding was really nice and comfortable. The distance from the beach and shops was fantastic.

The lady at the reception was very friendly, she recommended activities and places. The hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from the elevator to the viewpoint.

Staff was unfriendly. Beds were hard as a rock. Room was near the elevator and the sound from the breakfast buffet below echoed up the stairwell. Parking garage downstairs was a nightmare with a medium sized rental car. Would not recommend this hotel.

5th floor (the only floor with sea view) is below the level of the pool, chlorine vapors (gas) is heavier than air which means that the excessive chemicals in the pool flooded the 5th floor making the air very uncomfortably chlorinated/bromide strong. Despite opening the exterior doors, placing a wet towel under the hotel door, the caustic odor from the pool totally permeated our room. Front desk staff acknowledged that this was a problem and apologized, but were unable to give us another room due to booking. Other than that the hotel was nice, but management really needs to consider adding external ventilation to the elevated 5th floor pool to remove these caustic vapors. We barely slept that evening and that was too bad for an otherwise nice hotel

Good hotel just a short distance from the beach. Centrally located so easy to get to everything. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was a nice selection and staff was friendly and helpful. Parking in their underground garage was super convenient.

Hôtel tres bien située a 2mn de la plage et des commerces un petit spar a 1mn a peine de l Hôtel tres pratique pour acheter quelques bricoles .le prix du parking est tres abordable 5euros par nuitée. Excellent petit déjeuner copieux et variés .établissement bruylant nous avez ete surclassé car beaucoup de bruit les soir nous etions a la chambre 113 juste au dessus de l acceuil et du bar .nous avons eu des problèmes d eau qui coulait marron et dégageait une forte odeur d égout .je me suis plainte et du coup nous avons atterri au 3 etages .pkus belle chambre mais tout aussi bruyllante.porte qui claque a chaque sortie ou entrée des gens .et surtout la piscine qui etait froide .grosse description.
