We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We really were not expecting much from our stay at Picasso Studios, however we were blown away with this absolute pocket rocket! Jean is absolutely top! Massive shout out to him! He met us at the property, helped us the local knowledge. He takes such pride in his work, making sure that the apartments were clean, presentable and inviting! He tidied our rooms daily, replaced towels every 3 days. Amazing! The property itself is a stones through from the beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach -we spent practically every second there! There are shops, tavernas, ATMs etc surrounding the property so was well resourced. The rooms are small but well appointed, good shower and a lovely small balcony, perfect for evening drinks! There isn’t much to fault here. If being ultra picky, if you have a noisy family next door you can definitely hear them (happened for a couple of nights for us). Thanks for making our stay in Naxos memorable and comfortable.

Superb and enjoyable stay close to the beach

Superb and enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable room very close to the amenities of Agios Prokopios and the beach. There is conveniently a small shop next door if you need food, water toiletries etc. The proprieter Jean was very friendly and helpful, giving me advice about the area and storing my bags pre- and post-stay so I could carry on my exploration of the area. Thoroughly recommend and would return.

Lovely Greek building in a fantastic location

Amazing place. From start to finish we were made to feel so welcome. Clean and Greek apartment with beautiful balcony, and blue and white decor. A few minute walk to the sea and shops and restaurants just outside. Local information provided on arrival. A 10 minute bus to the main port. Air conditioning and fridge.

A Wonderful Welcome!

Jean was so welcoming and accommodating! He gave us great food recommendations and even stored our bags for us twice to help us make the most of our time on the island, despite our ferries arriving/departing well outside the check-in/check-out times! The apartment is simple and clean, and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and many restaurants/tavernas along the beach. The balconies off of both rooms were a nice bonus. One thing to bear in mind if you're planning on using it as a 2-bedroom space is that while there are doors to create a true bedroom, there's only one air conditioner (in the main room), which means that in order to get cold air in the bedroom, you have to keep the bedroom doors open all night. Wasn't a huge deal for us, but worth noting if you need privacy (traveling as couples, etc.) The location is great: if you don't want to travel, you have plenty of options on the organized beach out front. If you want more options, you can walk to Agia Anna or even Plaka (maybe 30 mins?), which has a much different feel. If you're staying more than a day, I recommend walking to Waffle House for fantastic ice cream on your first day (about a mile away, along the beach road), which gives you a great sense of what your beach/restaurant/bar options are for the following days! And pro tip if you're on a budget: the gyro place Jean recommended is amazing and cost 2.80 euros. We were 4 people in the space and would definitely stay again. Thanks, Jean! À la prochaine!

Close to the beach, quiet and centrally located :)

We had a really great stay at Pigasos Studios. The owner gave us a lot of recommendations where to go and where to eat. The Studios are perfectly located next to a mini market and next to the bus stations. From there, you can go to Naxos Chora or to the Beautiful beaches in the southern part of the Island.
