9.8/10, beautiful property walking distances from everything and the bus stop to the beach. Fantastic staff and the rooftop patio with jacuzzi was the best. I think the AC needs a bit more umph. But overall a fantastic place.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean and everything was very well maintained. What really stood out was the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their friendly service made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt comfortable throughout our visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding customer service. We look forward to coming back!

A beautiful new hotel that you can walk to from the port of Naxos. In addition to the convenient location, the rooms were spacious (especially compared to what I have experienced at other hotels in Greece). I would definitely stay there again, the staff were helpful and checked us in quickly. The room also had a mini kitchenette which was great for us.

This hotel was perfect. Great location for an easy walk to downtown or the port. Irini at the feont desk was incredibly helpful- she will help you find restaurants, tours, directions, you name it. The room was perfect, in good condition and has everything you need, even beach towels for a day at the beach. Traveled with my teens- thought it was the perfect spot. From US- very good value for the price in my opinion.

Our stay at Makava was amazing. The location was perfect, just 5-10 min walk past various bars and restaurants to get to the main port. Eirini made everything so easy. With some great recommendations both in Naxos town, and other areas on the island along with organising car hire for us. The staff were all very friendly too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Naxos. We had a suite with a private hot tub and sun beds that was a really nice touch.
