"Couldn’t fault the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and were better and more spacious than I expected. Breakfast was also lovely and the best part was the views from both sides overlooking the Pantheon and the fountain and the fact that you come out of the hotel and there’s so many restaurants and places to see all within walking distance "

"We just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel. 1. The staff was extremelyfriendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. 2. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeping promptly cleaned it each and every day. 3. The breakfast buffet had some thing for everyone. It was very convenient to have this right here in the hotel and a great start to our day. 4. Air-conditioning worked very well. You do need to leave the card in for the room to have power, the only downside to this is that we were not able to charge devices while we were not in the room. 5. The rooftop is beautiful. It was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather. Mark was wonderful and provided us with cocktail/drinks. 6. The location couldn’t have been better. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a stay in Rome."

"Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit."
