This place is a gem. The rooms are so clean. The staff is amazing. They always seem to remember us when stay. The restaurant Los Arcos it worth stopping by. The food is so good. I highly recommend this Hotel.

While the staff was friendly and the property was clean. There was no bar as listed and the restaurant closed earlier then was told. Our room was so hot that we had to turn the ac on and leave and wait out side for 2 hours for it to cool off. The hallways and elevators were the same.

Hotel is getting tired… first room with lots of water leakage.. moved to a room with no water pressure…no coffee maker, fridge, soap or whatsoever in the room. BAREBONES. Great restaurant and pool though. Front desk not a speak word English. Everything clean and good beds. Good clean hotel for Mexico. Dogs welcome.

Quick friendly check in. Then down hill, not one towel in the room, after 2 trips to the lobby, we got towels. The shower curtain does not keep the water in, had to wipe down the toilet etc. No ports to plug in , very poor wifi. They kept no control over who came t o the pool, cars full of people with coolers and dozens who didn't check in .
