A 145 m² space with a spacious 75 m² dining area, adapted for people with reduced mobility and direct access to the outdoors.

It is fully equipped for 6 people: a large kitchen-dining area with fireplace and pantry, large windows facing outside, and an open porch with barbecue. There are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional guest toilet.

The property is located in the town of Navès, in the Solsonès region, province of Lleida, at an altitude of 610 m.

You will stay in a natural rural environment close to Barcelona, Andorra, Lleida, and Vic, all easily accessible from the property. Situated between Solsona and Cardona, the area offers a combination of culture, history, and natural beauty, ideal for those seeking an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of Catalonia.

- The estate has a total of four independent rural accommodations, each with a private entrance.
