Lovely long holiday weekend with friends and family! We enjoyed the balcony view of the pier and many dolphins. The condo was nicely kept and had all the dishes, etc. needed to prepare a meal. Fun and relaxation was had by all!

This condo is beautiful, well stocked and better than we had hoped. Most vacation rentals are "bare bones" when it comes to beds and furniture but this condo had everything we needed and more. The beach service provided us chairs each day and Brock had them placed each morning and reserved for your family. The view is what you come to the beach for and having the pier and 2 restaurants in walking distance was great for easy meals with the kids.

Condo was nice and efficient. We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of towels that we could wash and re-use for the bathroom! The master bed is so comfy! Would've liked to had a snack pantry and more instructions on registering the trailer with the HOA. Other than that all was good at the beach!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I will say that it is a little outdated in decor and the kitchen was missing a few items but we were able to make do (I understand things go missing in the kitchen so not a big deal.) It was nice to have chairs available though the unit but we did have to pay a $10 a day service fee for everyday we used the chairs. Overall this is a good unit and the owner is great to work with.

Prior to arriving, I read the description and the reviews of this property. Upon arrival, my entire family was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the updated furniture, the decoration style and size of the place, cozy and comfortable vibes ...it was perfect. Ms. Carrie was amazing. She was attentive and professional throughout the weekend. She made sure our stay was absolutely enjoyable. The weather was not ideal, so having a beautiful condo/apartment to enjoy and relax was the absolute best part of the trip. My family is already discussing a return trip.
