Summerwind Resort-Ocean Front-Large Balcony-Pool-Hot Tub

This is one of the nicest 3 Bed / 2 Bath condos in Summerwind. This unit sleeps 10 but is a bit less expensive than a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Unit at Summerwind Resort. This unit with an over-sized balcony includes the best of everything! We are located on the 7th floor of the center tower.

Navarre Beach is a family-friendly place with it's beautiful white sand. It has been voted one of the ten best beaches in North America and earned “Restored Beach of the Year” by THE AMERICAN SHORE AND BEACH PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION.

Summerwind Condominiums is located on the Gulf of Mexico on a barrier reef island between the Navarre Beach State Park and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

The amenities include 3 heated pools and 3 hot tubs, a fantastic workout facility, outdoor grills, and poolside picnic areas, all of which overlook the soft white sandy beach. Daily beach service, March 1st - October 31st, include 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, a table, and an hour per day of paddle boarding during your stay!!!

The Summerwind towers are located closest to local restaurants, convenience store and the longest (and newly rebuilt) pier in Florida! The convenient bar/restaurant at the pier will be a favorite during your stay. Enjoy romantic dining here while overlooking the beach and emerald waters.


Summerwind's location is also close to jet ski, catamaran and board rental. Pro shop, gift shop and fishing facilities make it the ideal location in Navarre. Paved jogging and biking trails continue all the way to Pensacola with views of the gulf and the sound at each side. Miles of these paved trails take you to additional picnic areas and beaches along the way.

This luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot unit features a balcony with the most panoramic view of the gulf. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and quality cookware that make dining in a pleasure. The new full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room make doing laundry a breeze. Key pad entrance lock eliminates the need for each person to take a key to the beach.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Floor to ceiling glass doors open to Gulf side balcony. The master bedroom bath offers a walk-in shower with glass doors and a double sink vanity.

The second bedroom includes (2) double beds that sleep 4 adults comfortably. Ceiling fan, closet and a TV. The 2nd Bedroom Bath includes a private bathtub/shower and vanity with plenty of room to get cleaned up after a day at the beach. The third room is a bunk room and features bunk beds, a dresser and TV. The living room features a ceiling fan, an entertainment center with a 55" cable TV and DVD player. High speed internet is complimentary. Sofa pulls out to a generous full sized comfortable bed.

This island getaway resort has fast elevators, convenient luggage carts and a covered loading/unloading area for added convenience along with a beach store on property.

Family spring break

This was exactly what we were needing. Plenty of space for the adults and kids. Loved the beach service included with room. The washer and dryer worked great and everything was in working order in the kitchen. Plan on returning again some time in the future!

Stayed in July 2023 with 4 adults, had comfortable beds for everyone and 2 full bathrooms. We loved staying right on the beach and elevators, boardwalk, and pools were all well maintained and clean. Very enjoyable stay!

Great Location and Spotless

This is the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The beach views are beautiful and the beach is ver accessible. The provided beach chairs and umbrella set up was super easy to reserve. We really enjoyed being next to the pier. We saw sting rays, dolphins, pelicans, the water was gorgeous. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us and would be still be comfortable with a couple more. Lovely balcony. It had everything we needed. I would say that it’s a little dated but I felt that was reflected in the price. The mattresses really should be replaced some time soon. Otherwise, we would totally stay here again.

Perfect Place!

We chose this condo for our family vacation. With 5 adults and 3 kids (4 and under), it couldn’t have been more perfect. The beach was beautiful, private, and not crowded at all. The condo was great with lots of space for adults and kids. The property manager was very fast to respond to our messages, texts, or calls. We will be back!!

Obviously the town was hectic due to the holiday but we really loved the town. Perfectly situated between Destin and Pensacola. The condo was in a great and convenient location and the amenities were very good.

Family Beach Trip 2023

This is our second time to stay at this condo and we will definitely be back. It’s close to the pier where my grandson loved fishing off of. We loved it and the water was so beautiful. Has 3 pools and hot tubs. All in all everyone had a great time. Amy was great always quick to txt me back about any questions I had.

Perfect family getaway!

This property had everything we needed and more! The manager was very accommodating and responsive as we booked the trip the day before arrival. The decor was lovely, the unit is in an ideal location and the pool was perfect. We loved that the unit provided beach towels and chairs and toys to play in the sand. The beach setup was a real time and money saver and the beach attendant (Brock?) was extremely friendly and accommodating. All in all, one of the best last-minute trips we've ever taken. Thank you so much!

Location is everything

Perfect location. Communication with the owner was great. It took a while to get the parking passes and the Wi-Fi working, but the owner helped us get that accomplished. Told the owner about a couple of things about the unit and she said she would get them taken care of right away. Perfect spot for a family vacation. Once you get there, you never have to leave the island. Great food, great beach. My only real complaint is the rental company on the beach for the umbrellas and chairs. We had to walk quite far to get a spot on the beach by the water or wake up at 4:30 AM to claim a spot.

More things to do on Navarre

Navarre is a nice beach however, there is very little to do in this area. We did not see any putt-putt games, no arcades, etc for kids. We did see bars and beer and for some people, that is not their lifestyle. This was the first time we had ever been to Navarre as well. However, the sea turtle center was very informative but this area needs to be expanded to include more sea turtles and more interaction for kids. Everyone should be educated as to why there are red lights on the balconies of the condos and why red lights should be used on the beach instead of white flashlights. If you can provide more kid friendly activities, you will probably see more tourists.

Spring Break Getaway

The location of the property was perfect...right on the beach, with a gorgeous full view of the ocean and pier! Overall, the condo was nice, and the beach chair rental that came with the property was a real convenience. There were a few minor issues with the property such as remote controls with no/missing batteries (and no extras on site), a table lamp that was broken, so the living room was pretty dark (I ended up moving a lamp in from the bedroom), no fabric softener sheets for the dryer, and no liquid dish soap (that was sort of a pain). The property was mostly clean, however the throw pillows and upholstered furniture in the living room could use a good cleaning, and some of the cabinet facing is peeling. Those things are not a huge issue, but are just an inconvenience. I liked the property for the view of the ocean for sure!
