「Customer service from the staff was outstanding. All of our meals were delicious, and the chef even came out to say hello and introduce himself. Rooms had everything you need. The grounds were a perfect place for a relaxing afternoon after touring the dunes (Sossusvlei tour booked through the hotel was excellent as well)!」
