"Great location, excellent staff, and very clean"

"Our sheets were dirty and full of hair. Wet stains. Our comforter had makeup on it. When we told the front desk we were given 2 flat sheets to change ourselves and said that was all they would do. But not before they tried to convince me everything was cleaned with soap and water. We had to remove the dirty flat and fitted sheet, use 2 flat sheets to have something semi clean to sleep on. The next day when housekeeping did show, the same dirty comforter was provided. Our bathroom was full of hair. They said “we can send someone to pick it up”. We were given 2 towels for 2 adults. Room had a keurig with 2 decaf and one regular pod. No fridge, only available for medications. No microwave. The reasoning is “they have a restaurant downstairs so we don’t need that”"

"Good hotel, given an early check in and late check out for free. Close to the subway, George’s a 2 min walk did a great breakfast. Free coffee, bottles of water. Only negative was the WiFi was poor "

"Overall, a positive stay. The location is excellent for everything we wanted to see you downtown. And several subway lines were a short distance away. The cons: there is no lock on the barn door style bathroom door. And it does not stay closed our zero privacy to be person in the bathroom. The wait for the elevators is excessive. The fitness center is un monitored, so both times we attempted to use it there were children playing on the few machines offered. With all that said, I would consider staying again because of the location. "

"It is conveniently located right at the Subway 1 train station, and there are also 4 train station and R train station nearby making it easy to get around the city. However, be aware that there are no elevators, so if you have heavy luggage, you'll need to carry it up the stairs. The room was spacious enough for 2 large suitcases, which was great. There's hot water, air conditioning with heating, and a TV where you can watch various shows including YouTube, which was a nice touch for downtime. On the downside, the pillowcases looked dirty and didn't seem properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Also, there was no bath mat provided in the shower, which made it less safe and comfortable to use."
