"The studio apartment is very clean, has everything you'd need for a short stay. There is a crib available and a washing machine right outside the door , has a lovely balcony that wraps around and you can see the promenade and sea. "

What I didn’t like: rude staff, noisy, dirty rooms, towels are over used and stained with yellow marks, the sink is unsafe you can’t lean on it and leaks, Miskitos caused bites all over my arms and my legs, using the balcony is not possible due to different insects, no swimming pool it was close all the time I was there for six days, the hotel is not handicap friendly. "stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."
