Ms. Karen,Sorry for the issues you mentioned please know that we have 1 ice machine right behind the front office, 1 ice machine on the walkway on the first floor and 1 ice machine on the walkway on the second floor by the concession machines. Hopefully you let the front desk GSR know of the smell issue by your room so it could of been taken care of at once. We do offer that is included with your stay a Hot Southern Breakfast and Supper daily that we hope your enjoyed. Hopefully we will host your stay again soon.

Ms. Glenda,As you know we apologized for any issues you had during your visit. We did explain that the toilet was not dirty but pumice stained from cleaning. We are all sorry for the issues and I can assure you no one slept in one of the beds that was a hsk bed making training issue. We are sorry for that. Expedia was not charged as explained to you that they had to be contact4ed as you paid them. Hopefully by now you received your full refund from Expedia.
