Boa localização

Ficamos apenas uma diária e foi dentro do esperado. O quarto era grande, limpo e confortável na medida do possível. Café da manhã ok. O hotel tem uma estrutura relativamente antiga, mas é bem conservado. O mobiliário aparenta precisar de manutenção, mas não é nada que impacte a experiência do viajante.

Razoável, podem melhorar com simples ajustes.

Um hotel teria que ter no mínimo carrinhos para transportar as malas e pelo menos um atendente para pegar as malas e levar até os quartos, entrada do hotel não permite que um carro chegue até a portaria para deixar as malas nem para pegar as malas no checkout, quando saímos estava chovendo e tivemos que levar as malas até a rua com chuva para colocar no transporte. Café da manhã é razoável, o que não condiz é os clientes terem que esperar os funcionários se servirem café, acho que eles devem tomar seu café, mas no momento que abrirem para os clientes fica meio esquisito isso.

O hotel está muito mau cuidado, com aparência de velho e sujo. A sala do café da manhã e pequena e grande parte das mesas ficam expostas ao sol escaldante de Natal e a gente tem que tomar café nesse ambiente.

A localização é excelente . E tem tudo para melhorar. Os funcionários são super simpáticos , mas tem algumas coisas que poderiam melhorar . O som da recepção atrapalha os quartos do 4 andar, a garrafa de leite não funciona, o quarto não tem espelho de corpo inteiro , os aptos do 1 andar tem cheiro de mofo, no salão de café da manhã precisa de um insul filme é um som absurdo .

As toalhas só eram trocadas de 3 em 3 dias. O local de café da manhã não está apto a receber todos os hóspedes. Tirando a recepcionista, os demais funcionários, pareciam estar sempre de mau humor.

De bom, só tem a localização

Hotel em reforma. O barulho começou às 9h em pleno sábado. Café da manhã em local fechado com ar condicionado quebrado. Havia queijo mofado. Elevador antigo sem manutenção. Banheiro sem tapete, sem xampu, com sabonete de péssima qualidade. A localização é muito boa.
