スタッフの接客がとてもよく楽しめました。スタッフ間の情報共有も徹底れていました。チェックインの時には日本語を喋れるスタッフはいなかったのですが、次の日の朝喋れる方が出勤されてすぐ、部屋にお電話をくださいました。最終日には、部屋を出たところで、スタッフの方から名前で挨拶もされました。沢山のお客さんがいる中すごいなと感じました。フィジーのホスピタリティーに感動です。

併設のゴルフ場がお気に入りで三度目の滞在ですが、ホテルの設備、備品は古くなりソファー等も古いままで異臭がする！フィジータイムとかで、スタッフの対応はまるで遅くオーダーしたことも直ぐ忘れる‼️ 庭の掃除はしているが、タバコの吸い殻はあっちこっちに残ったまんま‼️ 今回は、チェックアウト時の荷物ピックアップも40分待ち、更にコンピューターがダウンしたとかでチェックアウトも40分待ち‼️ インターコンチネンタルの名前が貶されている❗ 残念‼️

大人の高級リゾートホテル

クラブインターコンチネンタルが使用できるクラブスイートに宿泊したのですが、クラブインターコンチネンタルの接客、内容ともにとても良かったです。またお部屋も広く、大人の高級リゾートホテルという感じで、ゆっくりできました。スタッフの対応もとても親切で良かったです。

ゴルフをしない人もたのしめます。

空港から1時間弱の距離にあるため空港に到着すぐにチェックインとはいかず不便かつ移動の費用がかかるのですが、その分施設のスペースに余裕があります。泊まった日は満室だったのですが、マリンアクティビティの貸し出しも（1時間までならほとんどの物が無料）長くても5分くらいでした。（希望の食事があるのであれば夕食の場所の予約はしておいた方がよいです）人ごみでうんざりということが無いのが一番よかったです。自分はゴルフをしないのですが得にゴルフだけのリゾートという印象はなく普通にリゾートとして楽しめました。

Superb

The hotel was absolutely kids friendly as well as maintaining good ambience for adults. When we had a trouble because of crazy flight delay by virgin, a concierge staff kindly changed our shuttle bus time as well as arraining a room for rest until the flight. This was greatly appreciated as we had small kids. Will come back again.

Degraded service

This time was second time to stay at this hotel because the first experience which was 4years ago, was excellent. However, I was so dissapointed because of degraded their service and the facility maintainance. 1. They charged unnecessary bill such as complementaly internet and breakfast bills on my account and I had to deal with the front desk to clear those bills. 2. One of restaurants service was so bad. It took so long time to take order. There was very limited explanation of the menu. They only suggested only coffee and watermelon juice. Therefore I did not order at first but I aked to the different waiter orange juice and there was an option. It took also long time to get ordered drink. I asked three persons to get the drink. There was no cutlery at the table and no one realised that until I requested. I am not visiting this hotel again. 3. I missed the airport transportation due to not apporpriate assistance and had to wait for 3hours until the next transportation. There was no complimentaly drink or food for my waiting. 4. The light bulb at the room was broken. The speker at the bathroom was broken and even they tried to repair, they could not fix it. The cartain for the bath was broken. Therefore, I could not have a bath until it was fixed it. Internet connection was really bad at the room, but the other place was ok.

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Main pool has a shaded area so you can still play in the pool and not get burned, HUGE plus - it gets hot here! Fresh, local food and cocktails. Breakfast buffet is SO GOOD!!!

**Exceptional Stay at a Balcony Room Overlooking the Ocean** We had the pleasure of staying in a balcony room facing the ocean, and it was absolutely exceptional. The views were breathtaking, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were lovely, embodying the warmth and kindness that the people of Fiji are known for. One thing to note for travelers from places like Canada is the pace of service. It is leisurely, reflecting the laid-back 'Fiji time' culture. This slower pace is part of the charm, but it's something to consider if you are accustomed to quicker service. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered well to all tastes. Every meal was a delightful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine. Overall, if you're looking to unwind and embrace the serene, loving atmosphere of Fiji, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Just remember to adjust your clock to 'Fiji time' and prepare for a truly relaxing experience! Golf nearby is exceptional. My husband and I rated as good as a plantation l, Maui, Hawaii, only that it doesn't have a restaurant. Maybe not as highly manicured as the plantation but coming close. There are two ponds filled with lilies. We traveled in May and we were blown away.

I enjoyed my stay at the Intercon, i have been a few times before and a few things have changed overtime. The staff where great, friendly and helpful. The only thing that we did not like was the food, it was very basic, they tried hard however it was not to my liking. Spa was great, beach was beautiful and the property is lovely. Expect international prices, $17 beers, $50 lunches, $250 massages (fiji dollars).

Great place for a family holiday, expensive food and drink is the only issue. If you are heading with a family make sure you stop on the way in to the supermarket get snacks there. Waves out the front of hotel which is great!

First time in Fiji, absolutely in love with the place and intercontinental, we stayed there for 4 days and 2 days in Denarau island. Must say we were disappointed after going to Denarau island, loved the privacy and access to the beach, felt like a luxurious hotel, where as in Denarau islands we felt it was a bit over crowded. We will definitely be coming back to this property again in future, lovely staff and entertainment, no need to leave the resort, they pretty much looked after everything from medical to child care. Only suggestions would be to upgrade the aircon system, we struggled a lot with the cooling of the room. Apart from that it was exceptional

Great hotel layout. Beatuful beach when weather and waves do collaborate. Food was good, but we would prefer more Fijian style. We would strongly recommend stay here.

IHG has a very special place here, the staff are amazing , they really care about making sure a guest experiences the Fijian warmth and culture. So many of the staff are local village residents and you can tell by the care that they take and the attention to detail in the property. The location and beach area are amazing as well. I hope the owners keep the property up to date , you can see some wear and tear in the rooms, but it certainly doesn’t detract from the experience. IHG appears to really take care of the staff and local village , it’s very refreshing and so good to see. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Property is lovely and gardens are beautifully maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we booked a garden view room with lagoon access however the room we were in had no access to lagoon. The path off our courtyard just lead around to the front of our room.
