If someone is visiting for the first time, insist that they be shown where their room is located. I had to ask several times for direction and we were VIP guests. Also more options for breakfast with more tea options in the hotel. Poseidon table is expensive with too much food. Can’t eat all of that for breakfast. 」

「I found the accommodations to be beautiful. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and dining area, as well as, a living room. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed the live music on the property. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. 」

「I honestly don’t understand what other reviewers meant by the property being “dated”. My family & I loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, we all had our own bed, including the pull out bed. Housekeeping was phenomenal every day. It felt like we had a new room every time they provided housekeeping services. Not to mention to Atlantis & Aquaventure amenities. It literally gets no better than that. We had everything we needed/wanted right there. The pool bar & staff were amazing....
