Perfect Nashville Getaway – Clean, Convenient, and Charming!

We had a fantastic stay at this Nashville VRBO! The home was spotless, just as pictured in the listing, and perfectly located 10 min away all the action on Broadway. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood, where we discovered a cute park and an awesome coffee shop about 10 min walking distance. Highly recommend for a fun and convenient Nashville getaway!

Good stay

The condo was as pictured, modern and updated. Location was within a short Uber ride and you can tell it is a neighborhood in transition, being updated with new building/renovations. Nothing is really walking distance as the nearby area seemed pretty rough. We had the basics in the condo but only three coffee cups which was a bummer since we had four people who enjoy their morning coffee. The condo was clean with the exception of the concrete floor on the first floor which made the bottom of our feet black. We had an issue with our tv in both bedrooms not working, management was very quick to respond and our maintenance guy was fantastic but the situation never did get completely resolved. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Not sure I would return.

Super cute and clean

Perfect place for our party of 4. Nicely decorated and super clean. It’s located less than 10 min from Broadway, and about 20 min from the airport. Uber/Lyft drivers are inexpensive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place Close to Downtown

Overall we loved the place. The location to downtown was excellent, just a short Uber ride. The condo was very clean and adorable. The neighborhood was mostly quiet. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings. The washer and dryer was nice to have. Didn’t have to bring home much laundry. A couple things that could be improved upon is more seating in the living room. A small loveseat maybe. With 4 adults you couldn’t all sit comfortably. The showers could use small shelves to put your shampoo and body wash on. Great place and we would stay again for sure.

Close but not enough indoor seating

property was nice and well-maintained however, for a group of six adults, there is not enough seating in the living space. Additionally, be prepared to walk up for flights of stairs to get to the rooftop deck. There is No place to sit and enjoy a meal a game or coffee for six adults in the living space. If you’re going to sleep there, it’s perfect however, I do believe it could be laid out a little differently.
