The beds were so wonderful! And the shower felt good too. The elevators were in need of repair -you can tell they were just old, as the wood paneling was chipped, and you could just tell the must be updating the place in stages. But definitely a decent hotel, and I would stay there again. Did I mention how comfortable that bed was??

Great food and service at the hotel, friendly staff. There was lots of bugs outside and dead all over the walk in area that needed cleaned up, still there in am. Pool area needed restocked and cleaned upon arrival

All the staff we encountered including the airport shuttle operator were amazing and had great customer service. It would be nice to include a continental breakfast as well.

The room and the hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was kind and courteous. The only issue was lack of parking. It was a challenge to find a place every night.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days of leisure. it was very convenient to the airport and highway access. Staff were great especially Neqine. The room was spacious and nicely designed, down side is the bed felt hard. overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean and everyone was extremely helpful! The transportation to the airport was super convenient and VERY timely upon arrival back in Nashville. Definitely will be staying here again!

Room, bathroom & floors filthy. Nightstands and counters were never wiped down. So dirty & gross. Property smelled horribly of marijuana. Not enough towels in room, or soap. Only one employee to run the entire front desk area and phones during very busy time. Far from Broadway & downtown. Glass door in room separating seating area and bedroom of suite was broken and cracked & door didn’t shut. Worn out couch. Nothing appealing about this place. Terrible view from room- was of the lobby roof. Should only be a 2 star hotel, at best.
