Really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I will say that it definitely could have been cleaner and although it seems like a silly thing to complain about, the decorations were not good. They really could have played up the Nashville theme, but instead had a hodge podge collection of decor that looked it was from Goodwill. There was a handprint on the wall and lots of dust and overall lack of attention to detail when I came to cleaning. But the place was overall pretty good. Plenty of places to sleep, nice bathrooms, and a rooftop we really enjoyed. It was about a 16-20 minute drive to Nashville, when the listing said 8 minutes, but that would have been if there wasn’t a car on the road. It was still quite easy to get back and forth.

Wonderful Stay

This place was great. Plenty of room and has all your needs for the stay. Very close to all attractions. Host was wonderful. Air stopped working on our last day and she had it fixed in no time. Very neat and clean. And pet friendly was a big plus also. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious condo with 4 bathrooms. Roof top was very enjoyable at night looking towards downtown. A/C works well for those hotter days. Close to downtown so Ubers were on average 25 dollars. Grocery shopping with in 10 minutes and close to Velvet Taco a must visit for the best Tacos. Owner communicates instantly with you through VRBO. Check in was as easy as it gets. Will stay again in the future.

Street noise was awful. Neighbors acting up so much that cops were there 2x. Money purse and other items on the lawn next door. The house was comfortable and clean it could just be other bad renters when we were out there

Visit to Nashville

Our focus was visiting Nashville, so this was a great place to stay. The living area is a bit small if your focus is gathering as a large group. However, it was great for comfortable sleep after long nights of dancing.

Very comfortable sleeping and it was a nice area to just relax in. Our daughter had a blast. It was an easy drive to downtown. The only issue we had was when we arrived the temp was on 85 throughout the condo and it was extremely hot and took forever to cool down. We had to go buy fans to sleep with because it didn’t cool fast enough to sleep in. Definitely recommend staying

Perfect place to celebrate

Plenty of room for a Birthday celebration of our group of 10 in Nashville, a quick uber away from Broadway. Publix was close for Instacarting, and Dominoes delivery was fast. A great time was had, and everyone slept well. Thank you. Would recommend and book again.

Bachelor Party!

This place worked very well for our 12 man bachelor party. It was clean and smelled like they just built it! The garage is a hit and the views from the rooftops are amazing. The neighborhood is a bit run down but it does look like the city is trying to build it up which is nice. We have no complaints with the house itself it was awesome!
