The well-lit open living area features a generously sized smart flat-screen TV, designer furnishings, and access to a large private patio.

Main Floor: Expansive private patio featuring a generous lounge space, cornhole, a giant Jenga game, and extra seating, all with an incredible view of the Nashville skyline. Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom on the upper level features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and its own private balcony, providing a luxurious retreat. The main level includes the second bedroom with a queen bed, a Smart TV, an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and the third bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the fourth bedroom on the main level offers sleeping accommodations for multiple guests with a bunk bed featuring two twin beds over one queen bed, a twin-size sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. For extra flexibility, two queen-air mattresses are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

*Please note this unit is located on the 6th floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. Not all units are affected.
***Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.

- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
