Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
*Bedroom 1 - King size bed
*Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds
*Bath 1 - Full bath w/spacious shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)

Great family stay

Really darling property that was well equipped. Lots of character and convenient location. Enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Outdoor space was nice to have too.

Best VRBO in Nashville

After long term planning for our 40th anniversary and family trip, this house was the perfect fit for everyone. Close to the action of downtown but far enough for peace and quiet. The house is amazing! The renovation captured the period of the house and was well done. I can't say enough about how great our experience was.

Extremely nice property in a great location!

Owners were extremely helpful. Property was in great shape very close to a lot of amenities and only about a 1 mile walk to Broadway Street. Would definitely recommend staying here and next time in Nashville will look to rebook it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa‘s house. The house was remodeled very nicely but has also kept a lot of it’s original character. It is very well amenitized and comfortable. We highly recommend and would stay again.

This house was in a great location to walk to everything you need in Downtown Nashville, about a 20 minute walk will get you anywhere you need to be. The house was adorable and had everything we needed. Perfect for a group of friends!

Property was delightful...more than enough room for 6 adult women.. decor charming and fun. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with every " essential"..great coffee.Spacious fridge..Upon arrival, thrilled to have it well stocked with bottled water. Appreciated the large bowl of assorted snacks to tide us over as we unpacked. Wonderful large screen TV in living room that had great selection of movie channels and live TV. Our host Melissa was super cool about responding to all our requests/ questions. A very generous and thoughtful host indeed! The neighborhood was quiet and location exceptional. Thank you very much for an amazing comfortable stay in a rental that surpassed all of our expectations.

Cute house and great location!

Super location in a great location close to restaurants and bars and a quick scooter ride to Broadway. The property manager was quick to respond to anything we needed. There were 10 of us and it was plenty of room for us to spread out when needed. Would stay here again.

Girls weekend

Our long weekend stay was fantastic. The host was flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet and safe feeling area and just a quick car ride to Broadway. We highly recommend this property for a group looking to visit Nashville.

Best Host in Nashville!

Our stay began with excellent communication from the Host! They were warm, friendly and accommodating with all of our questions. The home is lovely with its remodeled and “all new” features, appliances, and decor. We love the vintage feel of the house and its flowing floor plan and huge rooms. We will be checking the availability of this home first and foremost with our future trips to Nashville!

The PERFECT weekend!

We had 11 girls to celebrate my sister getting married and it was the perfect house to stay in. Everyone slept comfortably and it was so nice. The location was perfect, the house fit everyone, and Melissa and her check in/out process made everything so easy on my end. If I come back to Nashville, I would love to stay at this house again!

Book club girls trip

The house was beautiful with a large front porch looking out to the dog park. Walking distance to the gulch area for brunch and shopping. We did take Uber to Broadway street but if you have the time and comfy shoes, you could walk there. Perfect house for our book club to celebrate 20 years together.
