House in the Heart of Music Row: Gulch, Midtown, Vandy, Belmont, & Broadway.

  • Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
    Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

    We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

    FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
    *Bedroom 1 - King size bed
    *Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds
    *Bath 1 - Full bath w/spacious shower, single vanity, and toilet (hallway access)
