Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Room was okay, staff were friendly and helpful. Things were very loud at night with a lot of traffic and speeding through.
The room was clean and beautiful and service desk. The only problem was the swimming pool was closed and they didn’t say anything until I checked in at the hotel. Next to restaurant was easy great for the happy hour. Not expensive restaurant.
Staff exceptional considering the circumstances. They went out of their way, but can control only so much, of course.
Very old facility despite upgrade.
The room was clean the parking lot was close to room . The desk service was helpful and quick . The Irish pub next door was excellent. Free hot coffee in the morning in lobby . Road access to parkways is close
Only think small pillows on the bed there not queen size . That’s it
This hotel seems to have been recently renovated. And is super clean! Front desk staff was super friendly, security cameras everywhere. Bed could have been better. Area around the hotel is kinda sketchy. Fast access to downtown, broadway, or the airport. It did seem like there are 4 or 5 rooms on the side we stayed in that had people staying long term. They had houshold belongings setting on the sidewalk outside their respective doors. That made me very uncomfortable. All in all a good, clean place for a reasonable price.
Rooms were older and had been somewhat renovated. Still could use some upgrades. Floors were not clean and we didn’t feel the safest while staying. Deadbolt was broken in our room. I will say the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We only stayed one night. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but
The rooms are charmingly designed with the Music City in mind. Showers are hot. Rooms are clean. And the gym is exceptional. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Go out and enjoy as much Hot Chicken and American BBQ as you like, then work it off back at the hotel. The best part of Hillside Crossing, however, is the staff. The entire crew here are wonderful. Special shout out to Robert and Angel for going above and beyond, and for just being so friendly to deal with the entire time.

Go elsewhere for the price
Toilette stuffed with toilette paper-not flushing
TV and Channels a mess- needs recalibration
No free breakfast included anymore-$10.00/plate
Since Hillside Crossing is no longer with Wyndham.. the place isn't the same-having stayed there previously over the years ! Now the ice machine room ,has no ice machine
For the price charged-go elsewhere
The check-in was friendly and efficient
The staff here were excellent and made us feel welcome. Angel was friendly and helpful. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The Irish Pub right on site was excellent! The hotel is dog friendly, which was a plus for us.
However, our door didn’t seal all the way around and the peephole was broken. It locked fine.
Unfortunately, there were people milling about on the back sides of the buildings at all hours. I didn’t feel as safe as I’d like for my daughter. When I was walking my dog before bed, I turned a corner and clearly interrupted someone doing something shady. They freaked out and I had to make a quick u-turn. Glad my dog was with me.
I was relatively disappointed by the experience here. While the price may have been an indicator that it wasn’t the nicest hotel, the pictures led me to believe that there’d be a certain standard of expectation. Upon checking in, we were directed to our room. On our way there, we found there was trash outside of the rooms and in the parking lot. The first room we were provided had an odor of cigarettes, so we asked to change.
