The property was welcoming to pets but be careful with the steep stairs. Close to downtown nashville & multiple main attractions. The neighborhood may seem a little different but it was very quiet & calm.

Super cute townhouse pretty close to downtown! While the area looks a little older, and some of the other homes are a little more run-down, we felt perfectly safe and comfortable during our stay. Kevin was quick to respond and very kind! I would definitely stay here again!

A place to get away in beautiful Nashville. This home provided what we needed. 15 minutes from the fun. A few minutes away from stores for needs. Comfortable and quiet with a fenced backyard for our dog. Quick and easy communication with the property host. We would stay again and that says a lot. Thanks again Kevin.

Beautiful Condo

The condo has been remodeled with top end furniture and appliances. The beds are super comfortable especially the canopy bed. There is a nice fenced in back yard for dogs and a fire pit. Lots of little extras to make you feel cozy like at home.

The neighborhood is currently being revamped and is nice and quiet. The other townhouses have very polite neighbors and overall felt safe and secure. The appearances outside seem dirty - but the property owners have done a fantastic job of turning this property into a beautiful place to stay!
