Ron is a great host and responds to messages very quickly! So if you have a question when planning or need something during your stay, he is there for you! We greatly enjoyed his house! It’s in a quiet, convenient location right outside of all the action. There are cameras outside that help you feel safe as a guest. The open layout downstairs is perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms are just enough space. The 2.5 baths were lovely as well! We would certainly stay at Ron’s place again!

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in and out of. The only thing my group was thrown off by was the amount of rooms. VRBO shows the property as having 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and there were only 3 rooms with 3 beds. Not a big deal for our group but it could be for others!

Within the past year or so, three of us, who finished college in the late 1970's, retired. We decided to go to Nashville for a few days to celebrate. 'Downtown Haven' was great and I highly recommend it, so much so, that we will probably stay there again. We drove to and from downtown but that was not a drawback. The home was in great condition, we felt safe in the neighborhood. Ron met us there when we arrived (earlied than expected) and showed us the home. Great place, great landlord, great time!

Great host/great location/nice home

The host was great, I think the listing could use some clarity. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. I don’t count blow up beds or futons as part of sleeping arrangements. The house is nice and yard is great, very well decorated and felt homey. The sheets/towels were left and were clean and nice. Location is great to Uber. To walk the nearly mile to Broadway you need to walk thru an industrial area across train tracks- not ideal unless you are a group of men. Uber was cheap- $6-9- sometimes we ordered 2 Uber’s for the 6 of us and it was still affordable. I highly recommend this host and this property.
