This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! Charming Condo
We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything anyone would need and it’s conveniently located to several restaurants and downtown Nashville. It’s clean, comfortable, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. The owner is very friendly and always available if needed. We plan to go back to the same place next year!

Perfect Location !
The location was close enough to walk to the downtown and many other locations such as the Musicians Hall of Fame and Nashville Sounds Stadium. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. We found the unit to be clean and well equipped and very comfortable. Rebecca was great to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Beautiful view of the Cumberland River. Pool was small but clean. Nice laundry facilities on-site. Many things to do within walking distance. Communication before arrival was prompt and complete. We can't wait to stay here again!

The apartment is very well-maintained, clean, cozy & comfortable. Parking is ample, free and covered. Property owner very responsive. We did walk downtown from the apartment during the day, but personally felt it would be unsafe after dark & used Uber. Would stay again though.

Excellent Weekend Spot
While in town for a race in downtown Nashville, this was a convenient spot for my sister and I to stay! Parking was easy, there were always scooters available to rent to ride downtown. Place was nice and clean with plenty of easy instructions! Would stay again next time I visit!

Great apartment in Germantown
This was our first time staying on this side of town, and we will definitely stay here again! The apartment was in a great location, convenient to Germantown and Broadway. It was clean and well taken care of. The snacks in the kitchen and toiletries provided were an added, unexpected bonus and much appreciated. Parking was plentiful and added bonus for being covered! Accessing the unit was a breeze. We have already referred this listing to two other friends and will most definitely stay again!

Great stay on the river
We loved this spot on the river. We had one 80 degree day and spent a few hours that afternoon sitting by the pool. Broadway is an easy one mile walk along the river. I highly recommend renting scooters as well. Great trip.

First time in Nashville
In town for a concert at the Ryman. The location was perfect; just a couple of blocks from the downtown area and overlooking the Cumberland river. We felt very safe walking around even late night. The condominium area was quiet for being so close to the city center. Definitely check out Monday Night Preservation Company if you’re into the brewery scene; neat space. Condo was very clean and perfect for our stay (had our pup with us as well). Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

Nice rental with water view
Location was quite nice, within walking distance to numerous restaurants/bars. Free parking and plenty of room. Two small suggestions...I'd prefer a more comfortable mattress and adding a pizza slicer to your kitchen utensils. Otherwise, much better than the more expensive hotels nearby.

Nashville Anniversary Getaway
The condo was very clean and was well maintained. The area was safe and easy to access. Uber or Lyft will pick up and drop downtown for $5 to $10, but it is a short 1 mile walk down the trail to Broadway. I would definitely book again the next time im in Nashville.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the cozy downtown retreat. Everything was in great working order and very clean. Beautiful view of the river. Unfortunately it was rainy and extremely cold most of the weekend so we didn’t get much of a chance to walk from the apartment but we we did one night. It was a comfortable distance to the main bars on Broadway. Easy driving access to other parts of town. We look forward to going back to Nashville when it’s warm as there are beautiful parks we’d like to enjoy. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again!

Would recommend this property. We did have a hiccup during our stay that was taken care of promptly. It’s in a more industrial area. Overall was a great time, accurate photos. Would stay here again.

Exceptional Stay with Convenient Location!
Our recent stay at this immaculate and well-appointed unit exceeded all expectations! The rental has one bedroom and one full bath, featuring a king bed for a luxurious night's sleep. One of the standout features of this unit is its proximity to key attractions. Being just steps away from the Nashville baseball stadium, and within walking distance to downtown, the Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers Market, Greenways, Downtown honky-tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. For those who prefer ride-sharing, Uber and Lyft rides are easily accessible, offering a hassle-free way to get around. If you have a car, the availability of covered parking directly in front the unit was a definite plus. There was also plenty of parking which was very nice! We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to experience the best of Nashville. It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a convenient location. Our stay was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning! PS- The bed was awesome!

This is a great unit for someone that wants to enjoy a vacation in Nashville. We were close to everything we wanted to do and close enough to eat out or have food delivered. Plenty of parking under cover which was extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Birthday getaway.
This property was both cozy and beautiful. I brought my wife here to celebrate her birthday for the weekend, this property is located in a nice private part of nashville with a view of the cumberland river. If you're looking for a nice cozy rental then this is definitely the place for you. Enjoy!! We look forward to visting again in the future.
