Very Relaxing
This is a beautiful property and cabin, lacking nothing. The walking trails were beautiful and quite private. The horses were beautiful and the staff we met were friendly. The Caspian cabin is beautiful and comfortable and the screened in deck area is awesome for quiet morning and evening talks or quiet times.

Beautiful cottage
My family and I had an amazing time staying at Caspian cottage. We enjoyed the hiking trials on the property, seeing all the amazing beautiful horses and wildlife. Our little one enjoyed splashing around in the creek and playing on the treehouse. Sharolyn was an amazing host. We can't wait to go back!

Healing time
We dropped our only child at Belmont University in Nashville and took 3 days to relax, destress and celebrate our anniversary. The cabin is amazing! Everything in it and every part of it is quality. It is not huge, but perfect for 2 -4 people. While the house is incredible, it is outshined by the property! Gorgeous horse pastures surrounded by huge trees, a crystal clear running creek, miles of trails, all beautiful and well kept. We had perfect weather and spent most of our time on the screened in porch just reading and listening to the wind in the trees. We saw deer, foxes and lots of birds. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful cottage! What a magnificent location. Really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to let others know when they visit the area. Sherolyn was a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. Her cottage is beautifully decorated and spotless. All of her special touches are obvious and make the cottage a perfect vacation spot. Both her and her husband's hard work is obvious everywhere. We thank them for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place!!
We LOVED every minute of our stay and we didn't want to leave! The property is absolutely beautiful and there is so much to explore. Waking up to the beautiful scenery and horses each morning is so refreshing. The drive to downtown Nashville feels like a hop skip away and we even drove to Kentucky to explore the cave in Bowling Green. This trip was just what we needed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with everyone.

Amazing weekend getaway!
We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved staying at Caspian Cottage! The beds were incredibly comfortable, a well stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor screened in porch and A/C! We left a few things and Sharon offered to mail them to us, she truly went above and beyond hosting us!

Pure Paradise
Caspian Cottage is an amazing place to stay! One of the most peaceful and relaxing places we have vacationed. Thoroughly enjoyed the hiking trails, pastures, grazing horses and our amazing hostess Sharolyn. The check in at the house greeted us with homemade baked cookies and to top it off during the week, Sharolyn brought us a loaf of her homemade bread. So delicious! Be sure and venture to the Event Center grounds and take photos of the chapel and grounds. It is so beautiful and well maintained. Sharolyn recommended The Depot Restaurant for a local place to eat. We went there twice as the food was excellent. So glad we found this VRBO and highly recommend it! Special thanks to Sharolyn for her hospitality.

Very enjoyable stay! Not much can be said that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews! I will say the owners do not skimp on kitchen utensils or cookware. We do a lot of cooking when we go on vacation and everything we used was good quality, which is not typical for rental properties!

The Best
Absolutely our favorite place to stay! Everything is so beautiful & perfect…from the Caspian Cottage, well stocked kitchen to the horse trails & countryside! Beautiful Tennessee Woodland Getaway
This was our second stay this year on this property. Caspian cottage is beautiful and well appointed. We love walking/hiking the beautiful well marked trails, making friends with the horses and enjoying the peace and quiet. One would never know that you are minutes from Springfield and a quick drive to Nashville. The host, Sharolyn, is terrific and so easy to work with.

**AMAZING**
Absolutely the best experience ever! So peaceful and relaxing we are definitely going back and taking more family with us. The hikes were great and seeing the horses roam was so fun. Sharolyn was wonderful to talk with and she had everything in the cabin just lovely. Cookies were waiting on the counter and candy by the bed. Those special touches mean alot!

Absolute Perfection
Such a charming and relaxing property. This cabin was the perfect place for 4 friends to gather, relax and simply rejuvenate. The most luxurious cabin, with every attention to detail. Loved Caspian Cottage!
This is the absolutely perfect stay if you are traveling to the Nashville area and want to be surrounded by nature. The property is aptly named as Paradise Retreat, and it exceeded all our expectations. Sharolyn was the perfect host. friendly and attentive to all our needs, and welcomed us with homemade bread and cookies. The property is beautiful and we loved waking to the sunshine and the horses grazing in the pastures. We hiked nearly the entire retreat, enjoyed relaxing strolls by the creek and after a full day in Nashville, returned to the comfort of this lovely cottage. During our stay there was a wedding and reception at their beautiful venue, yet we never even knew they were there! We stayed here with friends for an entire week and would love to have stayed longer! You won't find a more attentive and friendly five star host. We found our home away from home and will stay here whenever we return to the area!
