Garage – Located in rear of the home. Can fit up to two small to mid-size vehicles or one larger vehicle. There's ample street parking available next to the townhome as well

Bedroom 1 – 1 Twin and 1 Full bed with a full ensuite bathroom and a closet.

SECOND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Dining Area – Fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a functional layout for cooking and entertaining. Island counter seating available for 3 plus an adjacent dining table that seats up to 8. Dip coffee maker with ground coffee provided

Living Area – Cozy and inviting, with a comfy sectional sofa to seat larger groups, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light, making it a great space to relax. The sofa also has a pullout mattress for an additional sleeping area

Private Balcony: Get some fresh air on the private balcony off of the living room

THIRD FLOOR:
Bedroom 2 (King Suite) – Primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a spacious en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a bathtub. Plus a spacious walk-in closet.
