A nice hotel with a spa area just a few steps from the beach. The rooms could be renovated though. The spa area isn’t big but they have many different kinds of saunas.

Booked a suite and expected something special, however was just a bigger version of a standard room with the same cheap toiletries. Room had virtually no WiFi during my entire stay, approached reception several times but no action taken.

Otherwise good hotel but ac is not working. Inside room was 30 degrees and could not sleep.

Lovely room with beautiful views, BUT air con NOT working, could not open the windows as they were ceiling to floor windows, so very hot and stuffy room, got almost NO sleep because of this. Asked some of the staff about air con they said air cons were not working in the hotel .BATH is leeking and fridge NOT working. Glad we only had to put up with this for 2 nights, othetwise we would have had to change the hotel. Such a shame, as the hotel is very beautiful in a very beautiful location. Very nice breakfast. Very nice swimming pools. Very nice staff, BUT something has to be done about air con.

Kiva ja siisti hotelli miellyttäväsdä ja rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Kylpylätilat siistit ja uintiinkin sopiva allas löytyy. Saunat ihania ja kuntosali ok.

A bit old-fashioned hotel with excellent spa
Clean hotel,clean room,however a bit outdated.Breakfast is good,they served salmon and other fish too,coffee is very good.The spa is perfect,many types of saunas,spacious and clean with complementary drinks.

Great hotel, been here a few times. Spa floor VERY slippery so be very careful. Shelfs are needed in the showers in the rooms, breakfast was good apart from the French bread was really rock hard, nearly broke a tooth on it. Overall it was a good stay and will go back.

Stay away.
At the check-in - not even a greeting and NO information on anything. I had to ask if there was a restaurant. And then the opening hours. And then the same re breakfast. And then the same with the SPA. No smile, nothing! My God! The room; clean but neither Wifi nor TV was working. Plus side? - friendly (i.e. normal) staff in restaurant and SPA. Needless to say - we will not return.

Menneiden vuosikymmenten havinaa ja itäeurooppalaista tunnelmaa. Hotellin käytävistä tuli hieman risteilyalus mieleen, ja hotellin hissit oli sijoiteltu eri puolille piilossa olevaa hissiaulaa. Hotellissa kulkeminen oli hieman sokkeloista tämän kokoiseksi isoksi hotelliksi. Hotellin parkkipaikat olivat täynnä, ei sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta. Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä hienoa hiekkarantaa.

Oli väga meeldiv rannapuhkus. Hotellituba mõjus algul veidi klaustrofoobiliselt, sest polnud rõdu. Harjusin siiski ruttu ära ja tegin akna lahti. Õldiselt väga mõnus, tahaks tagasi minna, kui veel võimalust tekib ja mulle midagi soodsat pakute.

Tänne haluan uudelleen.
Tätä hotellia voi suositella kaikille. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja kaikki toimi, vaikka olisikin pitänyt puhua venäjää. Hotelli oli hienolla paikalla ja hotellin kylpyläosastokin oli hyvä. Lapsiperheille hotellia voi suositella erityisesti. Aamupala oli runsas ja hotellin ravintolassakin ruoka oli Ok.

Lomakylä parhaimmillaan
Kylpylähotelli oli siisti, toimiva ja rauhallinen. Jokaisessa kerroksessa oli aula, josta oli kauniit näköalat merelle. Aulassa oli mukava istuskella uinnin jälkeen. Hotellissa oli myös toimintaa mm. Ryhmäliikuntaa, vesijumppaa ja sauna rituaalit. Ympäristö oli sopiva leppoisaan lomanviettoon. Lähellä on ranta, kaunis puisto, muutama hyvä ravintola ja kauppa. Bussit kulkevat myös hyvin Narvan kaupunkiin. Ainoa asia, jota kaipasimme oli hotellin vastaanoton parempi englannin kielen taito. Ravintola meni myös aikaisin kiinni, klo 22.00.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sieht nicht so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. In den Zimmern ist Teppichboden und es riecht komisch. Der Spa Bereich ist ganz in Ordnung. Die Fliesen im Spa Bereich sind jedoch sehr rutschig. Man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Die Zimmer waren nicht so sauber und etwas staubig.
