"I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area"

"Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. Walking distance to the Greene and the Rec center that has a water park.Everything is exactly as pictured in the listing.Areas to improve would be less air fresheners, it seemed like there was a different one in every room. And make it very clear that this is a 3rd story apartment with no elevators. I wasn’t aware that this was a 3rd story apartment until the check in details were sent. Thankfully this wasn’t a problem for us and I liked the privacy of the 3rd floor.Overall the location is unbeatable, it’s a quiet building and the host was great, just keep in mind it’s 3rd story with no elevators."
