The Cottage in Bonnet Shores Private Beach Community

  • This is a new construction beach house (2021) in Bonnet Shore private community with walking distance to Kelly Beach. Sleeps 8 with a fully equipped kitchen, Weber gas grill on outside deck, screened in porch area. Outside shower, full size washer/dryer and all new appliances. AC home, enough room for 4 large vehicles to park off street. Private Kelly Beach is walking distance of 0.8 mi., Narragansett Town Beach is about 4 mi. away, a 15 min. drive to Newport and a 30 min. drive to Watch Hill. Take a ferry from point Judith to Block Island and explore. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas are included and yard games. Great place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends.
