Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4 PM. We waited approximately 2030 minutes room never was adequate. I think they had a television problem. They transferred us into a smaller room gave us credit for a one night stay.

Naples Grande Beach Resort
As a paying guest of the hotel, going to the beach was a process. The hotel should have designated trams for hotel guests and not make them wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the crowd. Also, if you rent a cabana you should be able to have food service in the cabana. Again waiting ...
