The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When leaving: Please strip the bed. Only leave one load of laundry or there will be an extra fee assessed. Remove all trash from the trash cans and clean out refrigerator.
Please shut blinds and turn off all lights. Please turn AC to 75 and make sure the 2 sets of keys are on the hook inside. Use the lock box key to lock the condo door when leaving the code is 9876.
Come back again sometime and please refer your friends!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

This is a smoke free unit. Please no smoking in the Condo or the on the patio or walkways. If you smoke in the condo you will assessed $100 per day.
Remove all trash from the unit when you leave. Dumpster is in the back corner of the parking lot. Place all used linens in a pile in the bathroom.
Do not hang towels or swim suits on the front or back railing.

Perfect place in every way

We had the best time staying here. It is absolutely the perfect location, it doesn’t get much easier than this. Walkway right outside the condo. Great view, on the main strip. We would love to stay here again next year!

Clean, comfortable, well appointed condo is right across the street from the walkway to the beach. Pool is heated and oh, so comfortable. It is a quiet, lovely place to stay that is in the middle of everything! Great place to be!!

Perfect location!

The location is right across from public beach access and is less than a 5 minute walk. You can easily walk to Doreen’s for breakfast and plenty of others.
