The property is very nice and the listing details are very accurate. The communication from host is impeccable and the check in process very easy. The location is fantastic! Like other reviews, the only thing you should be aware of is that the pool is not heated. Overall, great place to stay.

Lovely home in a great location

It is close to the beach and a short drive to all the restaurants and grocery stores. The home is beautiful and very clean. We didn't have good weather so we unfortunately didn't get to use the pool, but I would have loved to. The outdoor backyard patio would have been a great place to hang out and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly what we expected. The weather was perfect. The beach chairs and umbrellas made going to the beach perfect. I just wish the pool was a littler bit warmer. Other then that everything was perfect.

Great stay for Labor Day Weekend

We really enjoy staying in the Naples Park neighborhood near Delnor-Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches, close to everything. The home was perfect, beautifully appointed with everything we could need, very clean and updated decor, plenty of linens and extra towels, etc. Pool and covered patio area was amazing, we spent most of our time out there having fun in the water. Highly recommend this property and we would surely book again in the future! A+++

National Championship week

The communication with Anna was great. She actually allowed us to check in early due to early arrival. I had driven 12 hours so you can imagine how exhausted I was. The location was in an excellent neighborhood. We didn’t have to drive far for my son’s football games all week. Would I book with her again, absolutely!

The house was great, the weather wasn't, it rained every day. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The screened in pool was nice. A little cool but with not much sun the solar panels weren't able to heat the pool. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good place to stay in Naples

Overall, we were happy with our stay at this property. The pool area and bedrooms were a good size but found the living room a bit small for our family. It was clean and worked for us for the most part. I was very disappointed they didn't have a gas grill, but that was not listed on their amenities. Pool was very nice to have but wished it was heated. We really enjoyed our stay and access to everything Naples.

The pool area was nice even though not heated. Kitchen had everything we needed. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable with very old mattresses. None of the beach umbrellas were usable.

2 week stay

Overall our 2 week stay was fine. The house is as it is listed. The neighborhood is in a good location and centrally located. However, the neighborhood does seem to be going through a transition. The type of homes and condition of those homes were all over the board. The neighborhood is very quiet which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. I don't think the kitchen is properly stocked for the number of people that can sleep there. Four coffee mugs, minimal glassware, knives that barely worked, etc. I also question if the home was stocked for a two week stay as we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Instructions on how to use the television would be appreciated. The lanai is lovely, the pool is unheated (which I knew, but still unfortunate). Plenty of seating on the lanai which is where we spent a majority of our time. The grounds around the lanai could use some work. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The communication with the property owner was nice, but I wish we didn't even have to. Overall, the home was sufficient for our needs.
