Der Check in war eine Katastrophe. Die Adresse die wir hatten war einfach nicht die richtige Adresse, irgendwann haben wir mitbekommen, dass wir woanders einchecken mussten dort wollte die nette Dame uns 380€ berechnen, obwohl ich die Reise schon gezahlt hatte. Nachdem ich ihr erklärt habe das ich die Reise gezahlt hatte sollte ich 200€ Pfand mit der Kredit zahlen die ich wohl in 14 Tage zurück erhalten soll wenn alles in Ordnung ist. Ich habe ein Video mit Datum Uhrzeit bei der Abfahrt gemacht, wenn ich die 200€ in den nächsten 14 Tagen nicht zurück erhalte werde ich rechtlich dagegen vorgehen und die Öffentlichkeit im Fernsehen darüber informieren !!!!!!! Nie wieder diesen Stress bei dem Check in, andere aus England haben gar kein Zimmer bekommen und andere haben anstatt ein Zimmer ein Boot erhalten.

La struttura non è un hotel classico, ma si tratta di un’ala di un piano di un immobile che è stata adibita alla ricezione turistica. Il check-in si effettua in un altro edificio non distante, in cui il personale ti accoglie e ti indica come procedere per registrarti autonomamente e pagare il deposito cauzionale. Lo stabile in cui abbiamo soggiornato è sicuramente molto bello, antico, di pregio, situato in posizione particolarmente comoda e centrale, ideale per visitare la città. La camera spaziosa e luminosa, ben arredata, letto confortevole, minifrigo. Mancano però un bollitore elettrico e accessori per prepararsi un tè. L’unico vero punto negativo è la scarsissima pulizia! E ci aggiungo anche la manutenzione inesistente (la tenda della finestra rotta, il piatto doccia che perdeva acqua, etc). Manca l’attenzione ai dettagli ed è un vero peccato poiché la struttura, se fosse più pulita e meglio mantenuta, sarebbe davvero un’ottima soluzione per un soggiorno nella splendida Napoli. Altro aspetto controverso: il deposito cauzionale di ben 200€ viene restituito 30 giorni dopo il check-out. Il giudizio complessivo è comunque 3/5 con le critiche costruttive di cui sopra che, se prese in considerazione, ci auguriamo possano far migliorare la qualità del servizio di questa struttura.

Personale al check in strafottente e menefreghista..se si presenta un problema non Fanno nulla per aiutarti a risolverlo..personalmente ho rimesso i soldi della prenotazione fatta con carta prepagata e al check in volevano solo carta di credito .. volevo dare cauzione con bancomat o contanti.. nulla..sono dovuta andare in un altro albergo.. pessime persone

La struttura ha una posizione strategica. Il problema proprio insopportabile è l’odore di fogna che esce dalla doccia: al mattino dovevamo aprire la porta-finestra della camera e la porta del bagno per diversi minuti prima di poter entrare. Per il resto, la camera era abbastanza spartana, direi nella media per il basso prezzo pagato. Reception e camera si trovano in due edifici diversi. Le camere non sono in hotel, ma sono degli appartamenti senza reception. Il servizio di accoglienza è stato rapido e cordiale. Lenzuola di alta qualità non molto vero e il lenzuolo copri materasso copriva a malapena il materasso, che veniva facilmente scoperto. Accessori per te/caffè non presenti e neanche servizio in camera. Rubinetti abbastanza scrostati. Si sente tutto tra una camera e quella affianco.

1 stella perché meno non si può. Foto delle camere incongruenti a ciò che sono realmente, ho prenotato una camera “doppia deluxe, letto king e balcone” nei servizi offerti c’erano il bidè, mini frigo, cassaforte e altre cose che non sto cui a elencare, nessuno di essi era presente nella stanza da me prenotata. Chiedendo spiegazioni al personale, oltre essere risultato scortese mi è stato detto “non tutte le stanze hanno gli stessi comfort, l’assegnazione è casuale, lei ha la vista mare che altri non hanno” mi sono trattenuta dal rispondere che della vista mare non me ne faccio assolutamente nulla se devono levarmi cose essenziali come: bidè,letto grande, mini frigo ecc. Presenza di muffa nella doccia e porte macchiate da non si sa cosa, con ciò la stanza risulta sporca e poco curata. Cauzione di 200 €, inutile, anche perché cosa si potrebbe mai rovinare in un “”””hotel””” che di per se sta già cadendo a pezzi?

Terrible service
First of all, the reception is not in the same building, ok, i had to read the small text . Second, there were 3 ladies at reception, they let us do the check-in on tablet, which didnt work. Then we had to wait for like 30 minutes until they finally did all the work needed, with faces lime we were burden. They took 5€ for cleaning, i had seen many rooms, however this wasnt clean at all. And there were some bugs in bathroom, i didnt take a picture of. I wouldnt recommend this experience from the begining until the end. At he end they took the deposit from our card. I dont know why, hopefully i would get the answer tommorow. I would recommend to hire new staff - at reception and also to clean.

Terrible customer service. We extended for one night and they made us check out then check in again. Leave for 5 hours and charged us to leave our luggage. And wanted to charge us more to move to the other room before 3pm. This place does not know what customer services is. Would never stay in any of their properties.

First of all this is not strictly a hotel but more of a room rental. The room I was given looked very different from the brilliant pictures on the website. Furniture is basic - to say the least - and half busted but was was worst was the walls. All walls were unbelievably dirty, covered in stains and even a footprint of a boot. When I went to the reception (which is located in a separate building) to complain about my room condition I was received with indifference and arrogance like: "It is what it is, take it or leave it" All of this nasty service for a quite expensive price which let me think of a luxury hotel. The most disappointing experience in my life

Al llegar dónde supuestamente era el hotel nos quedamos en la calle con las maletas dando vueltas en la noche y sin ninguna orientación, fué muy desagradable la manera como nos atendió la persona encargada y además me pidió la tarjeta y tomó los datos del código de seguridad y eso me puso sumamente nervioso, en otra parte nadie ha hecho eso. mi tarjeta bancaria es algo privado y la uso con mucho cuidado por eso me molestó que una persona extraña tuviera acceso a esa información. No recomendaré a nadie que use sus reservaciones... Además el trato fué grosero.

Si bien la ubicación es buena, el estado y el confort que ofrecen es desastroso. Estuvimos 4 noches sin agua caliente, sin calefacción, el wifi solo funcionó un solo día, habiendo hecho los reclamos correspondientes y no dieron respuesta alguna. Para nada recomendable!

Der Checkin ist nicht beim Hotel, wird aber wohl von einigen Häusern genutzt. Der Wartebereich ist viel zu klein und die Gäste sind auf der Strasse angestanden um einchecken zu können oder wieder zu den Koffern zu kommen. Da es einiger Erklärungen bedarf wie man zum richtigen Zimmer gelangt, dauert es auch sehr lange bis die einzelnen Zimmer eingecked sind.

Das Zimmer lag am Anfang des Ganges, wo jeder durchlaufen musste. Türe klemmte/laut. Fön defekt. Fernseher sehr klein, darum gar nicht erst ausprobiert.

Awful customer service, check in woman is so rude. Plus they charge you €4 to hold a suitcase and €5 for a cleaning fee. Trying to charge for every little thing they can. Oh and they want this in cash.

Sauberes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Innerhalb von... 10 Gehminuten im Zentrum 5 Gehminuten Am Hafen für die Fähren, 5 Gehminuten zum Airportbus (Alibus), sowie Supermärkte und ATM vor der Türe. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug und dank eigenem Schlüssel 24/7 zugänglich.

Wouldnt say its a hotel
Booking expecting 3 stars, on arrival at the reception was surprised that it is 4 stars and then disappointed when you actually get into the room which is more like 2 stars. The reception staff was lovely and the actual hotel(?) is on one floor of a seaparate building. What disappointed me was the room is literally bare minimum (dont even have kettle or cups for tea and coffee) and the shower door was falling apart. It also change towels every 3 days. Good side is its quite close to city centre and good resturants around as well as a working air con and fridge.

Perfect location, good service and cheap
First and formost, the service is amazing at this hotel. Also, you can't get a hotel this good and cheap in such a great location with walking distance to both Centro Storico and Quartieri Spagnoli. The rooms are slightly above okay, but it is as said, cheap, so nothing negative about that, you get what you pay for and nothing is bad. Just don't expect a luxary hotel. I would stay here again!

Would not class this as a boutique hotel. Toilet seat loose. Shower door cracked. Cup and saucer provided but no spoons. Plug for kettle would not fit into the socket without taking something else out.

First things first...this is not a hotel, but rather a company that has a floor in a large colonial style building. There are not 69 rooms, For example, you need a paper map, provided at reception, to find the rooms (seriously!).

Beautiful high ceiling room in a good location. Extra beds were already laid out for my 2 young children. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Our room was in a block a short walk from the building the reception is in, but this was fine.

El lugar esta bien ubicado. El check-in es muy incomodo, ir a una oficina y esperar afuera para ser registrado😟? Los controles del aire y del TV tendrian que controlar el baterias porque no funsionan bien. La habitacion amplia y con un fingido design pero funsional al uso. Podría mejorar mas y ganarse 5★
