Our house is located in the middle of a large and completely fenced property. You reach the house through a gate and a paved driveway. Dreaming can begin. Relax in spacious 2’000 sqft of living space. Since life in Florida is mostly outside, the villa also offers a very nice and screened terrasse (lanai) area facing the lake with a pretty setup with tables and relaxing stools where you can enjoy a few drinks.
All the house is designed with the most luxurious furniture from the Italian designer “Natuzzi”. All those high-end furniture makes you a nice living.
This open concept home features beautiful furnishings and two-car garage. With 2,000 square feet of living space, this home is thoughtfully laid out, delivers all the comforts of home, and sleeps six guests comfortably. The living room features a large Samsung TV, Natuzzi leather sofa, and sliding doors that open to the covered lanai area.
The master bedroom overlooks the lake and features a king size bed, new Samsung TV, walk-in-closet, and a suite master bath featuring a two-person walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a closet. The first guest room features a queen size bed. The second guest room has a queen size bed as well. Between the guest bedrooms there is a full bathroom with toilet and bath tub. The den provides an ample office space with relaxing chairs.
The fully-equipped, kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, tiles backsplash, a breakfast bar w/stools, stainless steel appliances, and a table. The dining room area includes a high end Natuzzi table and chairs with seating for six. The laundry room is located off the two-car garage and has a full size washer/dryer. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Wifi are also provided.
Located minutes from Naples finest beaches, golf, and shops. Fifth Ave, Third Street South, Tin City, and Ole Naples are within 10 miles. Marco Island is 10 miles south of the House and continuing south for half an hour is the Everglades.
Golf information: "The golf capital of the world" is what Naples is called because of its density of golf courses. 60 places in Collier County alone and almost as many in a 50 km radius is a really impressive number. The main characteristic in most places is a lot of water and a tropical planting. Electro-karts are available on all seats. The prices are highest in the season from January to April. Then you pay between $ 60 and $ 150 for a round. From May you can play for as little as $ 30. From October onwards, prices will rise again. The following are some of the public spaces around Villa Happiness:
1) Arrowhead on Immokalee Road;
2) Golden Gate Country on the Golden Gate Parkway;
3) Valencia on Immokalee Road (all 3 courses with 18 holes and 72 par);
4) Heritage Bay on Immokalee Road (27 holes, 72 par).
Beaches: 20 km of white sandy beaches stretch from Naples along the Gulf of Mexico. Numerous mangrove forests and water areas have been preserved behind the beaches.
The main beach sections are:
1) Beach at Naples Pier: This area is the most famous stretch of beach due to its landmark. Since there are many individual villas with large gardens on the beach, in many areas you feel almost like a tropical palm island.
2) Vanderbilt Beach: To the south you can walk several kilometers along the beach almost undisturbed and admire some of the most expensive houses in Naples.
3) Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park: The park is located on a peninsula that is separated from the mainland by mangrove swamps. In spring and summer you can often see nests of sea turtles on the beach. Here you will find a shady spot even on hot days, toilet, changing rooms and barbecue facilities are available. This beach is particularly recommended!
Shopping in Naples: For everyday needs there are large supermarkets (such as Publix, Sweetbay) in the vicinity of the Villa Happiness, where almost all food (including fresh baked goods, fruits and vegetables, meat, etc.) can be found. These markets can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
Shopping centers (approx. 20 minutes by car):
1.) 5th Avenue: The street in the heart of Naples offers an interesting mix of boutiques, souvenir shops and very good restaurants.
2.) Coastland Mall: Approx. 150 shops and restaurants are spread between the four large department stores Macy's, Dillard's, Sears and JC Penney. In the department stores of Dillard’s and Macy you can find a huge selection of brands also known in Germany (Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Guess, DKNY, Levis, Lee, etc.).
3.) Waterside Shops: This is the most luxurious shopping area that Naples has to offer. Tiffany, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Lacoste and Ralph Lauren are just a few of the high quality labels available here.
