  • This property is located inside the Sanchez Tennis Academy. This beautifully decorated home has upgrades throughout including the kitchen and bathrooms. Complete renovation with all new furnishings ready to enjoy! All appliances, household, and linens are new. Large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax and enjoy the preserved view from the large private lanai. Located in the center of North Naples, this condo is within walking distance to shopping (less than 1/2 mile to Target, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Bells, etc.) and about 4 miles from the beach. Naples Bath and Tennis is a beautiful community with a quiet and relaxing environment with lakes and tranquil landscaping. Located close to I-75 & to US41 (corner of Airport Pulling Rd and Pine Ridge Rd) a short drive to lots of public/private membership golf courses, and only minutes from the beaches that line the Gulf of Mexico. There is no pool in this condominium.

Great place to stay!!

Location was near everything. The condo has everything you need(and then some) to enjoy your stay. Place was well maintained, clean & dealing with property manage was excellent!! Would definitely stay at this property again.

This was an excellent place to stay! It had everything we needed to make our time away from home comfortable. It is a wonderful neighborhood to walk and ride bikes. I can’t say enough about the host. They were easy to work with and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. They left us a welcome basket which was a great surprise!

The apartment's location is perfect. All essential shops are within easy reach. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and lacks nothing, from beach equipment to anything else. Cleanliness is excellent. Claudia was always available and check-in was seamless. This apartment is highly recommended.
